I live in Nantes, France, we have what is called "Les Machines de L'ile" were a lot of the giant animatronics of La Compagnie des Machines are kept, you can go inside or on some of them. They are absolutely beautiful and have so detailed, I totally recommend visiting the exposition if you come to France. Thank you for another amazing video :D
In Italy during carnival we use giant animatronic called carri mascherati (masked floats). I suggest to search the Carnevale di Viareggio, their floats are impressive
I can happily tell you guys that the Pumpkin King is just as incredible as you imagine irl. My boyfriend and I go to Cedar Point’s Halloweekends every year for Halloween and one of the animatronics they have is the Pumpkin King, and he’s so cool! I have a video on my phone that I took of him standing up 😁
One you might find footage of would be the animatronic dragon from "West Edmonton Mall" in Alberta Canada. It was one of the center pieces of the movie theatres lobby in the mall and quite large. Every now and then it would put on a show and breath fire. It was decommissioned a few years ago but I haven't been up there to see if they removed it or just left it inactive.
FANTASTIC VIDEO!!! Part of me wants to see that giant spider, but most of me says NOPE!!! I did get to see the robot arm attacking the giant baby at Coachella while I was waiting for Nine Inch Nails to play and it was very surreal.
Monster mini golf that place was awsome, but also terrified me as a kid. Sadly as I got older the place went out of business where I lived selling it's anamatronics to different people. I have no idea where the giant skull is or remember if the one near us had a giant skull, but I do know that the troll/sleeping giant is now owned by kings island as every Halloween and Christmas they put him up. Sadly he is in disrepare and is missing fingers and slowly detererating as time goes on. Tbh I had no idea that he was originally owned by monster mini golf. I also believe Kings island owns one of the grim reapers as well but I'm not 100% sure.
MONSTER MINI GOLF STILL EXISTS?????!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I went to a local location a few times when I was REALLY YOUNG!!! Like, I barely remember it! I was that young!!!!! I thought that my local location was the only one in the world, so I thought it was completely gone when it closed down!!! I'm so happy I can finally go back and experience It again without being a little kid terrified of everything!!!!! Thank you so much for giving me the information that it still exists!!!! I'm so happy to go again!!!! (Even if it's gonna be a bit of a trip to go to the closest location....)
I was fortunate to see the Spanish pavilion baby in 2010 it was pretty big but not as big as I imagined. I said I was fortunate because I could remember the line up was insane
Thanks for the Informative video on the Different Giant Animatronics made by Lots of different companies in the video When the Giant Trex steps out in London, did you see the man run lol that was funny, i don't find them creepy a lot Of Work goes into creating just 1 of these animatronics in my opinion they're All awesome art work.
I love the stuffed animal animatronics! They look so cool!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 Also, I hope I wasn't sounding too mean when I tell you you have a spelling error in some of your posts.
I hate spiders I can barely manage small ones let alone a giant one I even had a nightmare of a giant ass spider crawling throught the street 😭 I hate them
Every time I see Semen's I feel weird because like I'd have no clue what they do if my dad never worked for them as a medtech. Which made me wonder. Does the giant head count? Would a medtech fix it if it broke down? I doubt it but it gave me a cool thought.
I've seen the pumpkin king in person. I went to a rather large Halloween haunted house or should I say houses. Anyways it was super cool to see the giant animatronic
Some recognition for Compagnie de la Machine 💖 If you go to France, try to go to Nantes for Les Machines de l'Île and to Toulouse for La Halle de la Machine, they are both full off these kind of creations, and some of them roam around from time to time. It's a must see. By the way, the footage of the giant spider (her name is Ariane, as in the greek myths) are from the 2018 opening of the Halle de la Machine. Both her and the Minotaur were walking around in the streets of Toulouse, for at least three days. I was able to see Ariane in motion, ans she's able to stand on her back legs, making her as tall as a four story building, as well as throw 'web', as you would expect from a spider. The Minotaur can carry people, and has realistic breathing movement. I'm pretty sure the elephant from Nantes Can spit water, so it's kind of a crowd favorite during summer. I will finish by saying that woodcarvers work by hand to do the outer shells for these machines. So not only it is impressive animatronics (more giant puppets), but all in all, it's a work of art made with pure passion. You can follow them on Instagram and see their creative process @ compagnie_la_machine .
Seeing La Machine live in Ottawa was absolutely incredible!! And watching a giant spider and dragon duke it out on the Parliament Hill is a sight I will remember fondly!
Seeing a giant mechanical spider and a giant mechanical -centaur- -minotaur- Rabid Horseman facing off in the streets makes me think it turned into some kind of kaiju battle.
If I had to pick which animatronic I wanted to tower over me in a room between the baby or the spider, I'm picking the spider. That baby is straight out of my nightmares, but I love spiders!
I am so glad I have learned the existence of La Machine. Those are the coolest things I’ve ever seen and the fact that they exist irl makes life so much more magical
Omg, as a robot fan (and hey, a robot myself), I super fell in love with that giant robot suit animatronic. I just wish I could've seen it up close. Sadly, I'm in Texas and cons are too pricey to go to, especially since I'd want to cosplay, LOL.
You missed out Royal de Luxe! They are based in the same city as La Machine and tour with up to 30 ft puppets and liliputians. I was on the 'big giant' team as a Benevol in theis last performance in Liverpool a couple years back - changed my life. 6 figures of people lining the streets for 3 days, it was insane
About 5 years ago me ajd my family traveled to a place and we saw i giant mechanical spider and dragon fight and i thing the spider would shoot water and the dragon would shoot fire
I wish they do with my monster 👹 I created on my RUclips channel. The name is Mano de Muerte Glotona (Glutton Death Hand) and I will love to see it as a giant animatronic for Halloween 🎃.

@Travis Willden thanks 😊!
@Travis Willden I'm not sure, but I like the fact that Adam is in the video!

Honestly, even if giant Animatronics can be frightening, they are still impressive
Yes. But mostly frightening.
I know right? I still love Rexy, she's still amazing.
I agree
Fr
The research you both do on animatronics is incredible!
Thank you so much Peter!
@@fastpassfacts who is the voice actor/actress they don’t sound like either of you
The huge spider and dragon that wandered around Ottawa, Canada was one of the most amazing things I have ever witnessed in real life.

This is insane! I didn’t know animatronics could get this big..

What does the Pumpkin King talk about?
Hes made by scare factory a haunted house animation prop company
I have slight megalophobia so seeing some of these in real life might freak me out
Do I even dare get close to those behemoths?!
There's another french company specialized in giant animatronics called Royal de luxe that used to do spectacles in my town a while before La machine
I loved this video! It was really awesome to see the amazing animatronics from all over the world! I would love more about huge animatronics!

Whoa I can't wait to watch this tonight! The megalophobia and submechanophobia videos are my favorite!
the animatronics at the Sochi Olympics were so cute, despite their massive size they were the furthest thing from nightmare fuel
FANTASTIC VIDEO!!! Part of me wants to see that giant spider, but most of me says NOPE!!! I did get to see the robot arm attacking the giant baby at Coachella while I was waiting for Nine Inch Nails to play and it was very surreal.

La machines spider was in Liverpool not London. It was amazing. I went to every evening performance and the eventual capture of her in the finale
The T-Rex is perfect for this video since today is International Dinosaur Day!
I was fortunate to see the Spanish pavilion baby in 2010 it was pretty big but not as big as I imagined. I said I was fortunate because I could remember the line up was insane
HOW DOES CREATURE TECHNOLOGY MAKE SUCH FLUID ANIMATRONICS
These animatronics are so cool
Imagine having Megalophobia and being in a room with all of these..
If I hit the Lotto I am buying the Necromancer from Scary Factory it's like 12k USD but I want it for my Halloween parties. lmao

Does anyone remember a group back in the 90s that ran shows in warehouses with giant robots? I remember it as kind of a Goth thing.
Survival Research Labs.
that HUGE animatronic baby is terrifying!! props to the people who made it!!
A giant mechanical spider....I wonder if Jon Peters helped design that.
I love the stuffed animal animatronics! They look so cool!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Also, I hope I wasn't sounding too mean when I tell you you have a spelling error in some of your posts.
The giant baby animatronic is terrifying but cute
What about the giant Genie from Tokyo, Disneyland, pressure or giant alligator I don’t remember all made but they’re cool
I hate spiders I can barely manage small ones let alone a giant one I even had a nightmare of a giant ass spider crawling throught the street 😭 I hate them
16:10 RUNNNN! RUN GODDAMIT!
My sis would probably faint if she were in the presence of that giant spider lol I really enjoyed this video. Wish there were more lol
The giant baby isn't as cute as a real baby but it's still cute just look at those eyes BTW that was the only thing I came here for so bye

Idea popped up 💡why not do a video about animatronics in que lines .
We already have one ☺️ ruclips.net/video/wOgU41AhBuY/видео.html
the dinosaur ones were sooo cool ?!?!
The stuffed animals for the Sochi Olympics are so cute 🥰🥺
"La Machine" is read La mashine in french, the same way you would say it in English
Oh god…It’s the GIANT ENEMY SPIDER!
It's actually pronounced like 'LA masheen' lol :D
Love your work, and a video about les machines de l'île would be great !
5:39 PUMPKINS 🎃 SCREAM 😱 IN THE DEAD 💀 OF NIGHT!

I like that it looks like the baby has a little bit of a runny nose. Very accurate 😂
The giant enemy spider! *beat boxes*

Okay…

Scary animatronics in the dark ride
Pls more animatronic fires 🔥
I think my favorite ones in this list are the polar bear, leopard, and hare animatronics!
It’s pronounced “Cha-See” not “Cha-Sis”, even though its spelled like Chassis 👍
Thanks
@@fastpassfacts very welcome 😇👍
By the way your videos are FASCINATING! I’m DEATHLY afraid of animatronics, and it’s kinda like exposure therapy for me 😇🙏👍
9:03-10:39 Awesome! I saw this show twice, and I loved it both times😄🦖🦕
4:50 honey, i blew up the kid
I’m fine with all of these and I love animatronics but I hate that stuffed bear one 😬
Megamechanophobia
Hey! You used a few clips from one of my burning man videos. That's awesome. Thanks for the credit. Enjoyed this video.
If I had to pick which animatronic I wanted to tower over me in a room between the baby or the spider, I'm picking the spider. That baby is straight out of my nightmares, but I love spiders!
Please show us more French mechs
That baby looks like Putin
Hehe ... ~ shot fired

0:46-0:56 And suddenly psychiatrist and therapist’s incomes _skyrocket 110%._
La Princesse first appeared in the streets of LIVERPOOL. Not London. It was part of our capital of culture
Yes please, make a video about mega animatronix all of them from the complany in the beginning of this video.
I kinda thought Disney's expedition everest's yeti animatronic might've appeared on this list lol
Oh come on how bad can they really-
HOLY MOLY IT'S LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR WORST NIGHTMARES
About 5 years ago me ajd my family traveled to a place and we saw i giant mechanical spider and dragon fight and i thing the spider would shoot water and the dragon would shoot fire
The dragon's body and head look really impressive, but then it has those sad, tiny wings.
17:25 595 pounds??? either thats a large typo or these things are somehow only about as heavy as around 3 mid-sized human males
😳 Was that baby delivered by C-section? I certainly hope so. 😱🏃🏾♀️
Would be cool if all the money that went in to this, was used to efficiently gain more money, and help feed the hungry, and heal the sick, etc.
Skull jokes. My heart almost leaped out of my traught, but I don't have a have a heart. Hohohoho
hi
Why did u pronounce la machine like it was Latin/italian/romanian? In French “machine” is pronounced the same as in English lol
nobody is perfect i guess lol
The Sochi Olympics bear isn’t a polar bear looks like a teddybear.
The baby animatronic reminds me of the giant baby from the movie “ Baby Geniuses “
The narrators sound European, but the narrator sounds American, and what gives?
The big baby looks like the one from Spirited Away. And I hate it.
Great jobs. But the day they find a way to make them blink fast that will be the icing on the cake.
Like company LA Machine and creature technology favorite
Giant Mechanical spiders?!!! NOPE!!!
Hey, where's that link to the cracked giant robot series in the description? I don't see it

Omg incredible 😍
I have megalophobia 😭
Where is the money for this stuff coming from?
I bet the core source of this money is corrupt.
