Looks great. You said 190 degrees C., in the video. For those of us on the other side of the pond, that's 375 F.

alternatively, to get them to crisp up, you can mix in some olive/vegetable oil in with the breadcrumbs. just like a tablespoon will do-- did this the other night and they turned out crispy and golden and delicious. plus it saves you oil.
also these really do smell amazing. when i made them, i made a batch of 42 to save in the freezer for easy meals. ended up eating like 9 or 10. (to be fair, six of those went to my mother)

Great Video. I do them like this for my kids. But I'm lazy I have the flour and the Panko in little bags. This way I can work with more nuggets at the time and to clean up I just but the bags in the garbagebag. so almost no dishes and the fingers stay clean.
    thanks for sharing.

Be sure to reheat in the oven and you’ll get the crispiness back! It also works if you freeze them after coating, and then you can cook them from frozen.

It won't be 'healthy' but you can certainly fry these, too - I would recommend making your chicken chunks a little smaller and just a shallow fry and flip them over should do the trick!

Instead of bread crumbs I use the dry bread ( fete biscotatte brown) ryvita brown or brown toast . I use the ingredients that I am supposed to eat that day in my diet

I just made me a plate of them chicken nuggets. I used crushed unflavoured cornflakes instead of bread crumbs, very nice and very crunshy.
Some words of advise: DO NOT be too generous with the salt, mine were quite salty.

+ZANNA Chicken is notoriously naughty. But any raw meats should ideally be prepared on a plastic board and kept separate from your other ingredients!

OMG YOU DID THE DAMN THANG!!! LOL I 💗💗💗💗💗 these. I'm trying to change my families eating habits so I'm looking for recipes (so we don't have to go and buy food all the time) and this is one worth saving. I did change somethings like 301g boneless chicken thigh and added 1/2 tsp onion powder and celery salt and a dash of salt and black pepper sparingly and just used a store brand bread crumbs. Thank you......we did enjoy them!!
