Please do more shops like this. It's fascinating and helps give exposure to these mom and pops. They need it these days. Thanks for all you guys do. And the production quality is awesome.
As an Aussie, please more videos like this. It shows rural America to us, the good side of the USA. As opposed to the negative news we usually get thought these days. Love your presentation style, great work.
Great episode. John’s shop was awesome. Looks like you got some nice cards. I hope that First Day Cover surpasses your expectations. Ben got some good stuff as well. The second shop was pretty cool. I’m guessing you didn’t buy the Reagan boxing puppet or the “Big Boy” at 17:23? The production quality of the show is always good. Matt is a “keeper”. Thanks for featuring the mom & pop shops.
My new favorite RUclips channel! Love how professional and respectful you are. Great production as well. I collect mostly vintage cards and you are sharing such heartwarming experiences. History is much more valuable than a quick flip. Thanks!
Sir, I volunteer with Veterans, that battle PTSD. We get together, whenever I can find them cards, and watch your videos. We LOVE them! Thank you for helping me, help them. Sincerely, LT Quinn Mallonee🇺🇸
Don't love the whole card flipping business because I think it hurts the spirit of the hobby a little bit but I liked this video a lot because of the location you found. Gem of store and a gem of an owner.
It’s a way that we fund our show. It costs a pretty penny to travel and produce these episodes. Plus we see it as finding good homes for cards that usually sit in closets or shoeboxes.
Billy Graham was a liquor salesman after retiring from boxing. He was friends with my Dad who was a bartender here in Brooklyn on Flatbush Ave.He was never a champ, however he was never knocked down! I met him when I was a kid a few times, thanks for the memories!
Its really feels like i am watching American Pickers but about Cardboard. Love it guys. so well put together its amazing. Dont be afraid to hunt some Marvel stuff lol Cheers guys
Indiana has some hidden places with some nice cards tucked away. Almost snagged my 1st babe ruth card off a guy who bought a old baseball gym. And made it a shop up stairs. And rents the basketball court out down stairs the floor is slippery tho. He needs to wax it or something
North Star Cafe in Columbus is horrid! First Watch is better, but the best places to go is The Pancake House by Polairs or Tommy's Dinner on West Broad. They are far better choices! While you where in Columbus, did you hit Father and Son sports cards in Powel? The best Vintage Card Shop in Columbus. The best high end sports card collection is at the antique mall in Powel, Powell Liberty Antique Mall. You would have gone nuts there.
Do you know your Magic the Gathering cards? Saw some in video , there are some huge cards to be on the look for Alpha, Beta, Unl8 item, Revised Dual lands!
@CHASINGCARDBOARD if I didn't stay home you wouldn't of got my view on ur video which helps u earn cash from RUclips to help pay for ur gas . Appreciate that one 🙏
U know where has really good antique shops? God damn oregon of all places. And these were middle of nowhere shops with some major hitting tcg cards. After i hit a couple and saw how good they are there, i stopped at every one i passed. An 8hr trip to the coast turned into like a 3 day trip. Lol
Its really feels like i am watching American Pickers but about Cardboard. Love it guys. so well put together its amazing. Dont be afraid to hunt some Marvel stuff lol Cheers guys

I love it how the antique shop owner referenced 80s and 90s stuff as the “newer” stuff 🤓
Usually called the worthless era, of junk wax
@TheEnd-eg6wq there is some nice 90s inserts and autos that have value. But yea alot of people don't like the junk wax.
Overall, 80’s is the worst, although it’s my most memorable decade of collecting
Man, those are some awesome antique shops! Love this style!

That's a dream antiques shop with a knowledgeable, helpful owner!
keep up the great videos!
Soon as you opened the door to that first antique store I could smell what it was like on the inside.
Wow! I live right down the road from this shop..never would have imagined I'd see it on here. I've picked through those same stacks of cards haha!
Really enjoyed the small town feel to this episode. Awesome shop owners. Love seeing that. Great pickups.
Great vid, lots of fun to see you support for unique antique shops. Love the hoodie as well btw! Top tier production quality, seriously
Thanks for watching! The hoodie is from Three Nails… big fan of their brand

Wow. These small ma and pa antiques stores are so fun. Love love these people ❤ for real
Kenneth Williams was the first player to hit 2 home runs in the same inning.
That's an awesome stat!
I once singled twice in the same inning, at bar league slow pitch softball, but you probably already knew about me. 🤣

If you’re ever in Knoxville TN. There’s a frame shop called Frameworks that’s half a Civil War shop. Y’all should stop by!
We go in that antique shop every year when we go to the Y Camp. Could spend hours in there and only see 10%
Only a 19 minute episode?! Arghhhh my itch isn’t being scratched, ty!!!!
Man! I used to live just down the road from the Fort Ancient Antique Store. You guys must thought you were in the middle of nowhere lol
Its really feels like i am watching American Pickers but about Cardboard. Love it guys. so well put together its amazing. Dont be afraid to hunt some Marvel stuff lol Cheers guys

Awesome little hidden gem you found there in Ohio!!
This show is better then American pickers‼️
Was that Jefferson Bethke I saw during the clip of Matt?
Shopping for Ben FTW 🤘😂
The antique stores always seem like there's going to be gold hidden somewhere in there ..... sadly, it's usually always just junk.
Another good one. I live in sandusky ohio and im.gonna check this place out soon.
What's up with that 88 Donruss cello box 😂

I was hoping you would show those Wild West cards!
We were excited to find those, too!
were the magic cards any good that you flipped through?
Cincinnati has a lot of card stores
I need a Chasing Cardboard hat, where can I get one?
I would like to partner like a “Matt” to build “Crisco Sports”. Whatever it’s gonna be, we’re gonna need production. Can’t afford ya tho! I wish!
🐐
Hey found you guys on RUclips are you guys from Kansas City Missouri
What is that in your hand Ty? At Choctaw Jim’s? Is that the Oslo?
someone get these guys on TV
Old dude in the antique store was beating around the bush with every question Ty asked him.
What? Always someone in the comments…
Why have your mastered your Audio volume so loud ??
how do I buy from you ?
Check our ebay store link in show notes on each episode
👍😎💯
I have always liked these guys but I don't think they pay the seller enough money sometimes!
Oh yeah? Did we underpay in this episode? 🤨
Ty never met a coffee shop he didn’t like. Lol
Do you have a shop in Kansas City?
No
Its not a hobby anymore unfortunately prices are out of control for any kid nowadays. Its become gambling
The secret to staying in business for 70 years is to stay alive. 😂
Haha
Well why would I go there after u got all the good cards. Lol
Yeah, you should probably just stay home. 😎
@CHASINGCARDBOARD if I didn't stay home you wouldn't of got my view on ur video which helps u earn cash from RUclips to help pay for ur gas . Appreciate that one 🙏
Historical 😂😂😂... OMG! Just stop making things sound so juicy and leave it for the lifetime dealers and collectors.
Leave what for the “lifetime” dealers and collectors?
🤣🤣🤣🤣, hire a video guy who can't color correct his videos 16:04
Great how you manage to rip off old people without telling them what the items true value is, you should be ashamed
$70k for a couple of 50s and a couple of 60s sounds like a steal
Matt worked for Trump Pence that’s disgusting they’re both a national embarrassment
🤣
lol, blaming the economy when your inventory is that is... ripe
