Alm: "Finally- we've united Valentia"
Jesse: "I'll make my own kingdom with blackjack and hookers"
Red Rocket Rider was that a futurama reference? Lol
"So, I've been thinking Saber."
"That's dangerous."
Think I lost a lung for that
"This is our heaven and hell...our Outer Haven"
Egil lets rock
Huh... This explains why Jesse builds a mercenary kingdom and Saber joins him. Good work Echoes!
Sharena The Askr Princess
Yeah, but he gets killed by his inferior cloned son. And Saber is kidnapped by Hoshidians and renamed "Grey Fox".
Seems legit
@@BlueMageWithSoulEdge Jesse’s totally the Ocelot in this situation though
"And so the war ended, with Zofia and Rigel uniting to form the One Kingdom of Valentia. The heroes stories, however, did not end there. Jesse, Sabre and Kamui, the three great mercenaries of the war, went on to found a kingdom of, and for, sell-swords. Many warriors from across the world immigrated to this land, where all those who fought for coin were accepted, honing their skills with weapons to a level of pure artistry and creating an extraordinarily diverse culture. In time, this kingdom came to be known as Chon'sin."
The nation they build sounds more like Regna Ferox than Chon'sin if you ask me
Emilio Foronda Different continent. Regna Ferox is over on Archanea and was founded by the people of Khadein and Aurelis, Gharnef’s and Hardin’s home countries respectively. The barbarians of the Mamorthod desert were also the ancestors of the Feroxi.
If we're being honest, I kind of think Gregor's descended from Saber.
"And a few of them, are about all the women you've left in your wake."
This comment's a lot funnier if you're one of the people who believes that Saber married Genny.
Ayyyyyyeee *Fist bump*
My fellow people of taste! Let us gather together and meme about Genny's daddy kink.
I never wanted to believe it but there's too many implications that he did.
(My broken heart sobs)
TheChildofAuraReborn Aww, C'mere. *Opens my arms for a hug*
I'd believe it if their endings changed if one of them dies.
"He mentioned something interesting, cipher is pursuing a new research, he claims that what they are doing in Archanea is the missing piece, a weapon to surpass Grima gear"
Jesse: One question, Saber. Are you a dwarf?
Saber: I AM NOT A DWARF, I AM _SVEDISH!!!_
Duma: *HAMMER DOWN.*
Jesse just straight up and asked if Saber wants to become Big Boss.
smells like an MLM…
Jesse: hey girlie wanna be your own boss???
Saber: I have a debt as deep as Thabes in bar tabs, Jesse
This explains Jesse & Saber's endings so much.
Its been like a couple of years and I still think about this support. 😣😐
This support + Jesse’s backstory, which is locked up in the accordion, really help to make sense of his endcard which seems super out of place otherwise.
He was the eldest (and illegitimate) of a high ranking nobleman, but abandons the family and title for the sake of a sickly half-brother whom he cares deeply for. It makes a lot of sense why he would want to establish a country/kingdom of his own-he willingly gave up his own inherited title to ensure someone else’s future and instead carved out a new life and identity for himself, making his own kingdom (and with it, a title) out of his own grit and determination and using his skills with the blade and, by assumption, people.
Tldr: I love this guy.
Metal gear solid peace walker
What Jesse was saying. I was thinking of Outer Heaven.
Fire Emblem Gaiden did the entire plot of MGS Peace Walker like 20 years in advance lmao
I heard the intro song and legit thought it was Sins of the Father. :O
1:29 the delivery in this game is so good
I'm amazed that someone made a MGS reference in a fire emblem game. how many years has it been since Peace Walker?
Wouldn't exactly call it a Metal Gear reference, Fire Emblem's had multiple countries primarily made up of mercenaries across its series, the Kingdom of Thracia is probably the most noteworthy of them to longtime players. This is just foreshadowing Jesse's ending. Jesse always goes and forms a country in the desert Greith used to control- Kamui and Saber join him. Should Jesse be dead, Kamui founds it in his place and Saber only is involved with the kingdom's founding is Jesse is alive- it's a country founded a group of mercenaries. These were their endings even in the original Fire Emblem Gaiden back in 1992. Not exactly a reference to another IP, it's just playing the old ass source material very straight.
i saw the start and said
"this is going to lead to a metal gear thing isn't it"
A blonde guy and a man with an eye patch think about making a mercenary country
I know it's not an MGS reference due to times both were released, but holy shit what a coincidence
At least both saber and jessie have one thing in common
O O F
did I miss a unit? where the hell do you get Jesse?
In the Desert Stronghold on Celica's route during the act 3.
Shadowpichu Believe it or not, I almost missed him until I realized where he might be and went to get him.
Just guys bein' dudes.
saber and jesse make america or bring communism to valentia??
fanta orange The Kingdom they founded eventually becomes Chon’sin.
