- Here's part 2 of my attempt to level out my lawn before reseeding it. Here I use a lawn roller to pack things down a bit and find out where my low spots still exist, and then add in a little more topsoil to those lower spots. Next step in the lawn renovation will be the seeding!

im a few days behind you, but thanks for all the tips as i renovate my yard. leveling has been my new obsession. true inspiration for a perfect sward!
Out of all the lawn care dudes I follow on RUclips, your lawn care routine is what I pretty much duplicate in my routine. I also have an above ground sprinkler system like yours utilizing garden hoses, spikes and rotors. Great work.
You get one chance to do it right, so take your time and do it right! Once that grass is going strong having a level lawn will be so worth it!

Your mini monsoon netted us 8 inches of rain just 80 miles west of you. Nice thing was it helped level out the topsoil I had moved in. Today I started seeding but now started to rain. I took your advice and made a custom blend of seeds from seed superstore. Time will tell how that works out but will be nice to get some premium varieties mixed in. I'm seeding a week earlier than I think is optimum because I sense an early frost coming our way. I really enjoy watching your progress. You and I think very much alike!
