- We have cleaned and restored the roof tiles of the semidetached house in Leicester, we pressure washed the roof tiles of the front, the side and the back including the extensions and the porch roof and garage using telescopic pole lance. Also we had to tidy the left and right both side neighbour’s driveway and patio area.

As always, you graft like a boss Nash. I don't know why you don't get yourself a really good pole and put an 8" surface cleaner on it. It would eliminate most of the dirt being thrown all over the neighbours property. Good stuff my friend.
I didn’t use a surface cleaner as I tried it’s too heavy to hold in the leader but I have a good balance to use the turbo Lance wich will reduce the weight for me too. But end of the day good workout 😀✌🏼👍👍
Wouldn't using a surface cleaner cause the water to go under the tiles
I bet the tidying up was massive but great results 👍
At the front and side was nothing really, at the back was I luckily they had concrete surface do it was helped to collect the debris and wash it thoroughly, thanks mate ☺️👍

At the start of the video you were spraying foam stuff was that from a foam cannon as I bought one just to go visit my mams and do her roof so any info would be appreciated is a 24ft one what size one are you using the same and I think you done an excellent job with one hand and on a ladder plus recording it
Thank you pal when you try first time don’t try to make video and be very careful while standing on the ladders and don’t use more than a 100/120 bar extended it when you work and give the weight to the pole and only balance it, don’t try to lift with both hands lift with one hand and press down with other hand so that you can get the balance that way

Is it possible to buy a cradle support for the lance, with wheels to take the weight?
you can do this from the ladder without using that pole and risking your safety
Hi I'm noticing that there were some missing roof tiles, do you inform the customer of this before starting the job as to not have anything come back on you? Just curious as I was thinking of providing this service myself thanks
Hi mate yes I took a photo of before and after the job and showed them particularly the front and the side so they know about it 😀

The Job are great well done but the footage are very bad it breaks the good view change the camera man it looks like he has a Parkinson on the hand it's a negative of the good positive way
