Hello Shadow! thank you very much for your comment. I am very happy that you acquired the pilates bar, you will not regret it. You can take this and other classes that I posted, for that there is no contraindication. The exercises are not high intensity in weight like gym exercises with weights over 10kg, so I would not recommend high protein just for pilates. I am also not a nutrition expert and I definitely recommend you look for one before you start taking high protein. Perhaps a good natural and balanced diet plus the exercises will already give you great results. I hope I helped you with that answer. Be sure to check out the other pilates classes on my channel. These exercises don't result in "bulking up "of muscles likeweighttraining. So I think,I am not required to increase my protein to extremely high level .Correct me if I am wrong.
Hi Bahrat, it’s a beginner/ intermediate pilates exercises, so depending on your degree of strength, you will find the exercises “easy”. However in pilates even if you are at an advanced level you should always feel your abdomen working, even in low intensity exercises, if you do not feel, it means that you are not activating the muscles as you should. It is important to understand that the method teaches you to have control of your own body and to strengthen from small muscles (base muscles) to the upper muscles. If you want extremely large muscles, you have to associate pilates with another modality such as weight training for example, which will work with a high weight load. Keep in mind that if your basic musculature is weak, the results of high-load exercises will not be as effective. I hope I answered your question! Best Sam

What’s the best bar to buy? Just got one from Stretched Fusion and within 30 seconds of doing the first exercise, a band snapped. I also couldn’t roll up the bands on the bar the way Samantha did...Thanks!
Hi Alexandra! My bars is also from Stretched Fusion, so I don’t know too much more about the other brands. I never had any problem with they bar, but I’m sure that they can change it for you. About roll up the bands sometimes it is a little bit tricky... you need to do the first round carefully and hold it, than you will going to have more control of the elastic. You can also tape to fix in one point than is easy to roll the elastic. If you have a problem you can texting me on my Instagram account that I can help you with the bar! @sasapilates 😊
Hi Sawmi, thank you for your question Any exercises with a good diet going to help you to lose weight. Pilates is not a cardio exercise like running, bicycle or boxes but is complete, you can work with strength, stretching, posture, coordination and a moderate cardio as well.
My wife has a damaged tail bone and is unable to do any exercises that feature having to do exercises on the tail bone. She wants to work out but does not want to cause extra pain

Hi Zoya, I don’t know this kit , but I am a big fan of Pilates bar. I am able to replicate most of exercises that I work on Pilates Reformer and Cadillac ! So if your looking for work with your Core, posture and a Pilates class, definitely you will love this bar
It is impossible to tighten the bands because the loops are on the metal part of the bar and just slip around. Has anybody tried a hot glue gun to secure the bands?
