Pilates exercises don't result in "bulking up "of muscles. So I think,I am not required to increase my protein to high level as required in weight training. Correct me if I am wrong.
Good idea for a workout. A few comments, this feels like a workout movie I am watching rather than an instructional video. Your 80s music is very distracting & makes it hard to concentrate especially when changing exercise. T
It's so sad that the woman on the front unfortunately cannot squat correctly. The man's feet are not parallel even for a minute. The shoulders shouldn't be rounded. The exercises and the method itself is brilliant I think but if someone spends money for a video like this, it should look at the tiny things like this.

this entire routine burns about 120-150 cals so if you want higher make sure you do a HIIT routine afterwards
