- Ingredients required: 5 cups chopped raw mangoes, 1 cup red chilli powder, 3/4 cup mustard seeds, 1 3/4 cup gingelly oil, 1- 1 1/4 cup salt, 1 1/4 tbsp methi/Fenugreek seeds, 1 spoon hing/asafoetida, 1 large pod of garlic

I have done this pickle,salt is too much, what to do
Salt will adjust itself in 2-3 days when it mixes properly with the sour taste of raw mango and spicy masala, if you have added in the same proportion as in the video..
If it still is too salty, you can add another raw mango to the pickle.

ತುಂಬಾ ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಫ್ರಿಜ್ಜಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
ಹೊರಗೆ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಇಡಬಹುದು, ಹಳತಾದಂತೆ ರುಚಿ, ನನ್ನ ತಂಗಿ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಳು, ರೆಸಿಪಿ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ.
