0:20 The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is, is now the position that it wasn't, and it follows that the position that it was, is now the position that it isn't. In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was. The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.
Wanna know something scary... I played war thunder on a friends account with the f16 and was going at it with 2 mig23s still died to a 3rd party but it got so intense I was hearing all of these at the same time and yes it's genuinely scary asf when it's alarms and sirens going off
TWS Search is searching if a plane has guided missiles, if so, tws search goes off, then it checks if the plane is about to launch said guided missile, and tws launch is when the tws sees that the missile was actually launched
TWS means "track while scan" and lets the radar search its whole field while scanning frequently for an aircraft in the said field. It lets the pilot get informations such as relative speed, distance or so while searching for other targets and lets the pilot launch certain types of active radar homing missiles. Because TWS does not use a proper lock, it is not detected as such in the target aircraft so its RWR won't go off.
At the start of a mission, or in the middle, the pilot of an aircraft can designate a fuel amount, usually the necessary amount to safely return to base, and the term “Bingo” is just the term used to tell the pilot that he has less than the designated amount, so it’s just a fuel warning, really.
Master caution: a major fault or bad thing happening in the jet. Altitude: getting to close to the ground. Pull up: when in a dive that will lead to a crash if a pull up manouver is not done. Caution: less serious version of master caution. Warning: like caution but only for sertain systems. Bingo: the fuel reaching quantity needed to return home. Lock: locking up annair target with radar in dogfight mode. Chaff flare: dumping countermeasures. Jammer: being jammed by an outside source Tws stands for Track While Scan, ive never heard of TWS having a unique noise in the f16. RWR ”lock”: is actually not the lock warning sound but the missile warning sound, the lock noise is slower. Hope this helped
Bingo fuel is a pre-determined amount of fuel at which an aircraft must begin its return to base to land safely. It's essentially a fuel reserve that ensures the aircraft has enough fuel for a safe return

Yep! No way to tell if a missile is locking you as there’s no change in the radar signature (from the enemy jets radar) until guidance begins
