With the latest Wahoo firmware Update, the Wahoo element Roam/Bolt V2. shold be able to communicate and us the Wahoo device as Bluetooth remote Start/End recording

One Question please: If I start filming, stop it, start again filming when it might get interesting again, then I have more than one video - but the fit file is for the whole cycling tour.
If i then choose the video files, the fit file will not fit with the footage (time). Do you know how to deal with this?

You will have to figure out where you were and match up everything manually. Or..You can just let the video run and cut out the boring parts later in post. That would be the easiest. I get that gopro batteries do t last very long, maybe a hour, but figuring out how to get longer battery life, maybe an external battery? That's my thoughts anyway.

So, I record primarily on my Iphone, I also have a Garmin edge 500 and ofcourse a Strava account. I don't have a Gopro & not getting anyone anytime soon. Step by step how to get the results shown in this video please. What do I press before I start my ride and what should I download to make the video overlays?
Thanks for your comment. I honestly don't know how you would do that without the gopro file unless the file from your phone works the same way. That is beyond my knowledge. I'm sorry:(

Yep. App doesn’t support Google Maps API anymore. Shame as was a good tool from Garmin

I cannot see the map like you got at 2:46. I am using mac and what exactly I am missing. Is there any special permission you need to enable
It is because Garmin used Internet Explorer(IE) for the map function. Microsoft has deprecated IE, so Google in turn has now removed IE support from their Maps API. There is no fix to this (unless Garmin update the software, which will never happen.) the only known work-around is to precisely trim both your video and data files to start relatively close(within seconds) to each other and then final adjust in Virb. Our only REAL hope is that someday soon Blackmagic adds similar functionality to DaVinci Resolve. That would be amazing.
What happens when you change the battery mid ride. Or if you only want to capture part of it on the go pro?
Good question. That makes it very complex. Honestly I don't have the best answer. You could rig it so your gopro lasts the entire ride and then cut out unwanted footage in post processing. Otherwise you would have to stop GPS each time.

Yes it will. It will work with any camera.
