  • First I have to say I m sorry for delay and second the video does not do any justice to the whole process. Your girl forgot to take few videos here and there.... but I just want to say... this whole recipe requires a good kneading and resting stages. Besides not much. Also a tip: make sure when ur tingmos are cooked, remove the steamer and let it sit out for a min and allow it let all the steam escape and then transfer in a serving plate or bowl. Also cut ur tingmo or shape them in small to med size as they do double in size once done! I hope u try and let me know how it turns out.
