- Tingmo is a Traditional Tibetan Steam Bread which is soft, fluffy & spongy. It goes well with any gravy dish like shogog phingsha, shapta & curry, etc. Once proofed and steamed, the tingmo becomes soft and spongy. In this tingmo recipe video, we show you how to knead, roll & design dough to get a perfect soft Tibetan tingmo. Also we have show you how to make tingmo and different tingmo design.
