    After trying and failing to cook tingmo many times, last night we used your recipe and they were perfect! Thank you so much! I cooked Ping Sha for my Tibetan husband for dinner and our tingmo made it perfect :)

      Actually I liked this video because you sound like my Bala. I learned a new easier way to make tingmo. Bala showed me the way to make where you cut strips and stack them and then twist with chopstick but I like your way since I'm lazy. 😂

    I am Tibetan muslim....my grannies are from Lhasa my dad also born there...but I haven't been to Lhasa once....hope we will be back to our motherland sooon❤️❤️❤️❤️

      Never say motherland, Tibetans only have a fatherland called Phayul. Some countries like Russia and China have motherlands, we Tibetans and also many other countries have fatherlands. This is why studying is important.

    ones I had eaten this ting in my home town Kathmandu.     I make tingmo my amalas way. I spread butter with curry on the dough. Cut, shape and steam. Delicious

    I try out this morning and turns out soft and fluffy. Have to add water as there is flour and slowly add. Love the buns.

    Amazing recipe.. thanks .. we make it the same way n turns out fluffy n soft .. only difference is that we put the steamer over hot boiling water and you have put it over cold water n then put on the flame.. I wonder if that makes a difference..
