- Here is a slightly different tingmo recipe. This time, we added green onions to give it a bit more flavour. These Tibetan steamed buns go very well with a variety of dishes and are quite easy to make.

Ingredients:
500g flour
1 tablespoon (5g) dry yeast
1 green onion
2 teaspoons sugar
290ml water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
sichuan pepper (optional)
