First I have to say I m sorry for delay and second the video does not do any justice to the whole process. Your girl forgot to take few videos here and there.... but I just want to say... this whole recipe requires a good kneading and resting stages. Besides not much. Also a tip: make sure when ur tingmos are cooked, remove the steamer and let it sit out for a min and allow it let all the steam...

    Skip the coriander. It's a taste killer. It's too dominant. Replace it with parsley better.

    Actually it's ma:ma: (म:म:)not momos. In newari language maniu means stemming and ma:ma: nayeu means is stemming stemming eating.it's newari food. There is no any meaning of ma:ma: in Tibetan language. Even ma:ma: is not Tibetan pronouncesetion then how it's become Tibetan.

    As a Tibetan we don't add any garlic or ginger for momos. Just beef, onions, water, and salt. No seasoning as well.

    If it’s Tibetan then why your recipe is completely different and why are you making achar, Tibetan momo is eaten with soya sauce and chili oil, make it authentic
