  • First day of Saka dawa... come and join me as I go shopping for veggie and fruits. We are gonna try our best not to eat sha for the duration of Saka dawa. Although we did eat out leftovers and yup cheated. Gonda! Hope I will be able to upload lot of vegetarian dishes during this period. Just a quick glimpse of what we bought and how I make ginger garlic paste. Super easy!

    What is the measurements for the ginger garlic paste! Example 1 cup garlic peeled cloves, 1/2 cut cup ginger and 1/2 cup oil? And oil on top to seal?

      Joyce Mah I used a pound of each ginger and garlic... and just enough to blend in my grinder and then topped off with bit more to seal the paste
