      tenzin namsay it’s def not corn starch. U shud be able to get it since a lot of laphing are made in India. I will have to ask ard for what it’s called in India

      naranhan2010 yes. Most possibly. But somehow I always thought it was a Tibetan snack esp growing up eating them while in India

      Yes, thukpa, momo,tingmo, chowmein that we Tibetans eat are all Chinese origin.. There are other food like churrul, logo momo, bharsa markhu, that maybe truly Tibetan. And Tibetan power fast food tsampa is 💯 percent Tibetan.
