Garlic Water - (2 tbsp)
Dark Soy Sauce - (1 tbsp)
Vinegar - (1 tbsp)
Sesame Oil - (1 tbsp)
Salt as per taste
Water as per required

I cut laphing into cubes instead of strips as with cubes it is easy to pick it up with spoon when eating. It is awkward to eat laphing with chopstick or spoon when it is cut into strips.
