- Today's recipe is all about how to make Tibetan white Laphing. It is also called white Laping. This white Laping is quite easy to prepare and everyone can make it. Now I will tell you secrets of making white Laphing recipe. White Laphing and Yellow Laphing are quite popular in Tibetan Street and also in Nepali Street.

Here is a white Laphing ingredients list. | White Laping Recipe list.
1: 1 cup cornflour
2: 3 cup water
3: 1/2 tsp salt

White Laphing or White Laping Sauce ingredient
1: chili paste
2: some garlic
3: pinch of salt
4: some peanut
5: red capsicum
6: 2 tablespoon soy sauce
7: 2 tablespoon garlic water
8: 1 tablespoon vinegar.

I almost didn't watch it as I already how to make it. But I watched it and learnt something new. Your laphing cooking method is different than what I already knew. I like your method of pouring corn flour mixture in boiling water. I directly heat and boil corn flour mixture.

Hie dicky i tried making this white laphing using weikfeild cornflour but it turned out very thick and mushy when i ate it is that normal is that the normal taste or m i doing something wrong

we don't use maida for white laping. generally we use corn flour.

Can I use All purpose flour instead of corn starch?
In this recipe only you can use 3 flour corn flour,potato flour and rice flour.

Yes you can use rice flour and potato flour, cornflour.

Yes it’s possible only you have to wait long time that it or you can make night time and leave it Overnight,this is more easy way.
Why does it break while cutting ?
If you kept laphing for a long period in fridge.It will break .
I think this one is much easier than the yellow one but I don’t know how it taste are they taste similar??????

I use a nonstick fry pan to cook laphing. This nonstick fry pan has some pits and nonstick coat peeling in bits, but it is still working well as nonstick.
After boiling the cornflour mixture and pouring out, the left over of laphing in the pan will dry up with the heat of the pan, After a few minutes, you can just pull the dried film. You don't have to wash the pan. Try it once.

i made it but the white laphing didn’t taste good,its consistency was good but it taste so bad
At first i thought if it was bec I taste it raw but after adding all seasoning aslo it distance taste good
Why is it that?
If you eat white laphing without sauce, it taste not good, so sauce is key for test.
Vegetarian should learn so much about cooking making etc because we don't get so much nutrition as meat.so we should learn energy giving food without meat n also that's better tasty than meat.so we can't attached to meat which makes as healthy n less killing of animals.buddha bless all.

As for white laphing ,the reason it turn hard is due to less water and if you cook for long time .actually within 1-2min it’ll cook.

we usually eat with thick tibetan bread..or eat with Tingmo.
