How to make stir fried pasta | Tibetan food vlogger

  • Saka Dawa Day 17 - Dry Pasta stir fry!
    My intention was to make the tradition way of cooking a dry stir fry thenthuk but then I was lazy and I realized I had a few too many boxes of pasta - besides the shape I wanna say it’s almost the same taste. So it’s a quick way of making cheat thenthuk. You can typically find the thenthuk shape ( short flat noodles) out there in most supermarket if your lazy like me. But if you are all for making ur dough and hand pulling the noodles - go for it! Anyways if you have pasta lying about and want some quick stir fry please do try this! Also I am still going vegetarian strong for 17 Day running. For those who are not- I don’t really judge you! To each it’s own. In the past, I have eaten meat within the 2nd or 3rd day 😂 but try to push myself to see this year if I can do it! And so far here I am! .

    Tip : keep your food different and fun and try not to repeat recipes you already at least for a week ago! Unless they r delicious 😂
