    I used to call my butterfly, the "drowning stroke" (head and both arms come up at the same time). Now I'm beginnng to improve so I dont look like I'm drowning anymore ☺

      @@LeanAndMean44 hello bro, i was disappointed for not receiving a response when everyone had received one at the time and awaited one.
      i then decided not to renew my membership for the following year for being left out and probably due to a misunderstanding awhile back.
      the misunderstanding may have to do with an interview with Ksebati and two other of his colleague (Charlie is an awesome guy, and another swimmer) wanting to know my goals and we stumbled on the flipper topic. basically, i was listening to his opinion and kept quiet about it when at the time i had been receiving support from an ex-olympic champion who advocated and vouched its use differently. Ksebati hounded me for my silence on his opinion and i assertively said to him "you're right" or along the lines.
      "content and people skills" are what retain my patronnage and financial transaction over a pure transactional interaction.
      at the moment, MySwimpro is no longer my primary source of support and content to go to, though at times they have good contents.
      it has been a good fruitful and super duper year with the support i am receiving from other professionals in the industry, i feel completely empowered as a person and swimmer.
      a good support system is very important, especially on how you are being treated.

    • @FaresKsebati

    Like a lot of other videos you do not show a side view of swimming butterfly for a continuous series of several stokes so you can see and understand the full sequence. This has lots of views of less than a full stroke. Could be more helpful.

      It's requires alot of skill , concentration , full body muscle fitness & strength.Both fast twitch & slow twitch muscles .This technique will Catapolt your fitness into another dimension .My boxing coach taught me how to swim butterfly & it improved my boxing 🥊 almost overnight in technique , speed & knockout power .Try this or spinning class .

    • @WSOJ3
      @WSOJ3 7 месяцев назад

      @@kelvinnaidu6329 lol I see purely as an body exercise. Cuz otherwise in terms of actual swimming, butterfly is inferior freestyle in terms of speed and inferior to breaststroke in terms of adaptability. It uses up a lot of energy (especially compared to backstroke) and is notoriously difficult to learn for beginners. 😂
