This came out when my mum was a teenager, and at the time she hated it for being cheesy and sentimental. Doubly so as she is from the same Welsh town as Tom (Pontypridd), and probably couldn't escape it.
Now she loves it for the same reasons she hated it back then. And she's seen him live a lot of times. He can still hit it out the park vocally in his 80s too.
You should check out Tom Jones as a judge on The voice with Jennifer Hudson and there was another show where he did a song with one of the contestants that was like real good....
Also you should check out Tom Jones I think he was like 86 or 87 when he did this version of sex bomb with Helene Fischer, just goes to show in his old age he still had it❤
