Ever wonder how to look good without the pain?
The stronger the body the more it obeys, the weaker the body the more it commands. (ATD)
Are You Training Your Muscles or Crushing Your Joints?
    Another day, another reflection.
Men & Fathers today are distracted unable to develop themselves and ultimately fail at leading their families. They’ve been brainwashed into following the crowd, accepted average, and sulk into making excuses
The enemy doesn't want you to be Great. The enemy wants you to be weak.
If this hits home or you know somebody like this, recognize this: It's your fault and you can change it. But you have decided to stay fight.
Check this out, most men don’t inspire others. But you and I must break out of the norm.

You make good well thought out points. . I felt best in college when I was on creatine and could practically look at weights and get ripped. Problem was hair loss with creatine .. I liked your comment about switching it up and doing whatever you have to do to compete with your sons. 😅 that’s legit

Yeah, I appreciate that. I definitely have to stay on my toes for my sons. I got a 16-year-old and a 13-year-old and the 16-year-old started lifting weights two years ago. My 13-year-old he’s into football and we race almost once a month so far he still can’t beat me lol.

Great video man. I'll be 42 in August, and I'm still trying to get into the best shape of my life. I've been training jiu jitsu so I need to build up flexibility and strength to reduce injury and elevate my grappling skills.

Wow, i would have never guessed 42. Shows staying active is pivotal in how you look and feel. I work on mobility almost daily usually before bed and first thing. My son wants to start jujitsu he's looking for a studio close to the house right now.

@@Iamdcameron haha. Yeah staying active helps with aging and keeping us looking young as we get older. I highly recommend BJJ. Your son will love it. Great for physical activity and self-defense.

This is why I skill train like gymnast, I'll throughout the day focus on a couple movements, and I'll also focus on short workouts that don't go till failure. 6 days a week. It's brought me fast results and joints have gotten better.

Yeah, I like that style of training. I tried to do at least one exercise depending on my split for the day of bodyweight exercises. My philosophy is I want to stay conditioned to always be flexible and enough to do calisthenic movements.

It’s possible in 2024 for older dude while on TRT - gyms where never full of anabolic old men before like 2016. . In the early 2000s there was very little creatine even with the younger folk . . But as a 41 year old natty who takes nothing not even protein you do get old man strength in your 30s and yea the joints are important. . I’m caught between mike metzgers way of going all out and putting detrimental pressure on joints now with 3 days off or just going daily and staying light and athletic .

Yeah that's a slippery slope. I change up my routine maybe once a year. I'm constantly trying to perfect the perfect routine. But I think that's just it. There isn't one. I trained twice a week and saw progress. I've trained three times a week and seen progress. I've trained Bw and seen progress. The point I'm making and I think you'll agree anything will work with consistency. Yeah, I'm 39 the old man's strength hit at about 32 for me. I do my best to stay lean. Abs aren't as important as they used to be lol. As long as I can stay 2/1/2 times stronger than my body weight and keep the bf at 10% for another 15 years naturally I'm good.

Ha ha, I know right. Still getting the kinks worked out bro. My RUclips channel and all of my writings are directed at my younger self and leaving what I like to call my life chronicles. As I write my book to leave a legacy ill probably do that a lot. What part stood out about what I said fueled your comment?
