i work alone and on days when the jobs are priced really well and the weather is nice, its great to just work at a solid but unrushed pace! Great video as usual.
I love these long videos where you talk through them. I am still a newbie, and learn so much from your videos. I have bought 90 percent of my products based on your videos. Thank you Stevo
Well as I am a uk window cleaner and have been using ladders since the 80’s and still use the ladder more than the water fed pole. Keep up the good work and keep safe bud
Thank you for showing a outside cleaning with a ladder. I'm new to the industry and I'm learning. It's very helpful to see how a professional does it right.
Window cleaning is a workout. It would be interesting to hear others record themselves and see what it sounds like. I loved doing houses, working with the owner getting ready for events in their lives.
It's been really nice watching your videos and sharing them all with my husband. We have learned a lot about window cleaning and water fed poles that has definitely changed the game for our business and boosted my.husband's confidence when it comes to window cleaning. We are booking more cleanings now.
Thanks for the wealth of info. Im still very new to the window cleaning world and have learned my techniques from watching your videos. Definitely enjoy the long videos and watching the workflow.
I love your reviews! These videos have had a lot of influence on me over the years since I work alone and can’t always try every tool I want to. Thanks for your effort.
Thanks for the video. Great, helpful informative content as always. Incredible resource for newbs. Your screens looked shiny. What are you cleaning them with? I'm sure you covered this. but I just noticed that. Thanks again.
I just bought a 22in and a 30-inch ninja covers they work great on commercial they really remove the spider debris here in Washington we have a lot of spider
Great video as always! I appreciate the knowledge, tip and tricks, and advice you always give us. You're a straight up, down to earth good dude. Lots of love and respect from Wheeling, WV!!
I was just thinking after watching your last video a couple weeks ago that you should make a video about more ladder and traditional techniques. And here it is!
I'm still busy enough the last couple months but most days now I can just go at a comfortable pace and not trying to rush to get a much as I can possibly fit into a single day.
I recommend a tack puller to use to pop off screens. I iuse the same device to clean tracks with a rag and pull up tracks if need be. I train people, one two off. That's how quick normally a screen should come off.
Love the breakdown of the different sleeves and what you like about each of them. I’ve personally only used the Pro + out of the four as I’m still only a few months into window cleaning, but I have to say it’s fantastic. I can dip it into my bucket once and do all of the interior windows without having to double dip. Great videos as always and excited for your next video, been using Wave for quotes and invoicing, but looking at alternatives since Wave can be a bit of a headache sometimes.
what would you do about a film on storefront window, inside but no tint, I think the film is from tint that used to be on the windows, it's very thin but so far i've only used 0000 steel wool and it works but will take a long time and a lot of effort to remove it all, is this something a scraper would be good for or should I stick with the steel wool?
I love how similar this video felt to my daily. From dropping some things to forgetting others. I do alot of ladder work also but mine is heavy. Was that a werner? Looked light!
Love the videos! I use the Moerman Excelerator 2.0 with the brass master channel per your referral, which I dearly love. Keep up the nice tutorials. The green rubber is a bit expensive. Thanks
Thanks for the review , we always appreciate the knowledge shared!! Keep Up the awesome job! It’s actually very relaxing watching your videos !! Mahalo from Hawaii
SteveO you are the man 👍👍👍 If they had a Mr. universe contest for window cleaners, you would win💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 My screen holder is very similar to yours but I have the nylon cord attached to a bucket hook/ladder hook that painters use eliminating tying the knot. If you’re ever up Aspen way give me a call. John Kennedy, Aspen window cleaning. Love your videos.😊
Hey Steveo, Great video. I like your screen technique with the clip. I'm going to do that. I just figure out what the Moerman FUGU means. Pufferfish - Fugu in Japanese means Pufferfish. Haha I might buy one.
Watched the video til the end. I look forward to be getting my own Gopro camera in the mail Soon. My Friend and I just had the same idea to make these types of videos into, a sort of charity, which can collect value to be Donated to where it is needed the most. Then i came across your videos, and i am sure You are an authentic guy just trying to help people. I am totally "follow😱ing" in these footspeak
Why not water feed pole this home ? Or regular pole the home ? Why use the ladder on this one ? I would assume you would want to use a ladder if it's a first time clean and you need to razor every window from the outside, but for the most part this one seems clean
Client wasn't home, couldn't go inside and remove screens so, decided to just ladder up and clean them instead of laddering up and down to take the screen out and put it back
SteveO you are the man 👍👍👍 If they had a Mr. universe contest for window cleaners, you would win💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 My screen holder is very similar to yours but I have the nylon cord attached to a bucket hook/ladder hook that painters use eliminating tying the knot. Few tips for ladder safety :(1) The ladder should be long enough to extend 3' feet past the roof to transition off and on...(2) 4 to 1 rule when using a ladder -The base of the ladder should be placed so that it is one foot away from the building for every four feet of hight to where the ladder rests against the building. This is known as the 4 to 1 rule. (3) Three points of contact all times...Stay safe SteveO...
@@vcash1112 Ill be honest I do not agree with some the osha violation for using ladders, I feel so much more stable using the stand offs on a roof for stabilization then three rings above
@@SteveOthewindowcleaner I didn't agree either until I tried the right way.....If you get a quick connect ladder stabilizer you can move it down 3' and get the stabilization with 3' of ladder above......Stay Glassy!
Scottsman is by far my fav. I did a 7ksqft home one dip and a squeeze bottle. The water retention on it is nuts. BTW get a pitch hopper for those roofs, less strain on your calf and ankles and more sure footing.
i work alone and on days when the jobs are priced really well and the weather is nice, its great to just work at a solid but unrushed pace! Great video as usual.

I'm 54 so when I'm climbing the ladder im farting on my way up!

Love the longer videos! Keep them coming please. I love my unger sleeve!
What do you do with the sleeve once the job is complete? Let it air dry?
I usually store them in a bucket and then wash them once a week
Love my maykkers. Have 18 14 and 6. My only grip is the swivel loosens a ton so I constantly have to tighten them. Wanna try the fugu.
Quik with the ladder man! Good video!👍👍

Hi love the vids , What brand is the scrub pad thing your using ? Been looking for one , is the pad just a normal abrasive pad or is it bronze wool ?
Nice the arm switch takes skills to not leave streaks for sure! Do you do it with hot summer time windows?
what would you do about a film on storefront window, inside but no tint, I think the film is from tint that used to be on the windows, it's very thin but so far i've only used 0000 steel wool and it works but will take a long time and a lot of effort to remove it all, is this something a scraper would be good for or should I stick with the steel wool?
I would try a razor, make sure it doesn't scratch but if you're wanting to remove it that'll be the easiest way
This might sound stupid, but I am curious, why not use waterfed pole or mop and squeegee on a pole instead of using the ladder?
For this one I needed to remove the screens so laddering was the best method
I am excited to try the fugu , I received it yesterday
Thanks for your videos. I find them very useful and they help me a lot to improve as window cleaner. Next step: buying a ladder 😆
Hey Steve, digging the longer videos keep them coming. My go to sleeve is 18” Ettore Pro + find that always going back to it. 👍🏻

Its a 225lb limit Werner, they also make a red cap one that is super light for 200lbs, I way 220 and can use that one fine, it feels like a feather
Hey Steve! I’m glad you breathe while you work! What do you have for ladders? You’ve got a 20’ and two sections. Anything else?
A 4' step and a 28' werner in case I need it

most terrifying is getting back on the ladder to go down that first foot to rung especially if you have fallen before
