This is what makes America great ! And the fusion of cuisines can bring all Americans together, regardless of politics.
And it may be "cultural appropriation", but who cares? It tastes good !

The biggest trick to BBQ is the heat and timing...
It's great to see all nationalties get their cultres cuisine mixed with a truly American flare..
Texas BBQ started on chuck wagons hundreds of years ago on cattle runs the cattle trails ...
The cook had find a way to prserve the meat becuse there was no refrigeration...Smoking meat is an ancient art form.
Native Americans have smoked meat for eons..(dear..moose ..fish..jerkey..etc.)
A modern day way of cooking ...
Is using a ( clean ) 55 gallon barrel and and using various method of stacking..keeping the heat inside to make tender juicy meats come to life...
And the use of different spices from all over make it a global treat.
What coincedence that in a few days there is a holiday that will showcase the use of this concept..
    Ummmmmmm ummm...
    I gotta go...
And get my smoker barrel ready.....
    😊
    Happy Thanksgiving....
    😮
