The Nissan Juke was one of those cars when it came out I literally looked at it, and cringed. I didn't ever really know how to feel about the Nissan Juke. However, the Nissan Juke Nismo RS is one fun ride, and literally feels like a giant Nissan hot hatch. It's overall easy to drive, it's seats are Recaro, the interior has suede, and it adds some charm to the odd looking car. The turbo makes all the right noises, and it's an overall handler. I have a 2014 Juke Nismo RS. I love it and cops leave you alone because they think you're a soccer mom. I'll get hate for this comment but I tested a Fiesta ST before getting my Juke and honestly, the Juke is more fun.

I have a juke and it’s the funnest little car to play with. Many people say it’s slow but I’ve walked many cars . I recently walked a 2012 civic si and the guy was shifting hard
Chris T for its class its quick. Especially compared to other subcompact CUVs like the CHR or HRV. The mistake they made was putting a CVT instead of a geared transmission.

People don’t realize how light they are. I thought cuz it’s a crossover it’s like at least 3800 pounds. It’s like 2900 pounds, which is less then a civic si, and makes like 10 more hp and slight extra torque. It’s mind boggling how light it is. Lighter then my b16 se r spec v.

Dude these handle like crazy and mine sounded so nasty. I loved the car. I just got a focus RS and there are things I miss about the NISMO RS. It really is a platform though, the community blew up in recent years and new things are being thought up and made for them all the time.
What year Juke did you have, and why did you decide to trade it for a focus?

@@joesalvator5878 I had a 2014 Nismo. I got the RS for a few reasons, mostly preference.
I uuuusually don't like keeping my reliable daily much after warranty is up. The CVT was a concern on it but it did have it's benefits along with it's cons. The CVT brought a lot of fun to the table. It also limited some of the types of fun but I liked it.
I always wanted a Focus RS. It was basically a dream car of mine. It is much much higher performance and more premium, and I prefer a manual. Also it does cost more though, obv. It encourages fun driving and doesn't limit how the ECU and TC behaves like the juke does without a tune.
There weren't many cars that fit what I like in a daily. I like AWD hatches that are sporty and handle like a well planted small car. At the time there was basically just the Juke, Focus RS, and Golf. Although now there is the Corolla GR, which is basically a knock off Focus RS and it's priced fantastically.

This is closer to a Fiesta ST than I realized. That car is only 2,700 lbs and also a 1.6 turbo with lots of aftermarket parts to push is to 400 hp with stock internals.

Whats crazy is that with a down pipe and a tune you can turn an AWD CVT to a 14 second car.. Saw a guy with a a AWD CVT He Ran In Front wheel drive with a 20PSI Boost 2J tune and He had a down pipe, and that was it and did 14.8 on a CVT...
Every car guy I meet that owns a Juke ALWAYS have the car completely modded out and autocross them, I love that and I love this car.

I feel like the vinyls and sticker modifications are going to make a comeback. idk why the community started to look down on this. If i were to guess it would be that modifying your vehicle for the sake of visual satisfaction instead of performance would equate to it being called a "ricer". Ricers primarily are given a bad reputation because they mostly consist of the younger generation of enthusiast who don't have a lot of income (or knowledge no offense) so they get what they can afford which are usually fake vents, hacked up mufflers, lighting, chrome emblems and so on... but i feel like it's time for the seasoned people in the community to show them how things should be done. That there are tasteful and sickening ways you can express feeling and personality on/through your car. That you can stand out from a crowd filled with rims and suspension. That your ride can perform with the best AND be an extension of your creativity. I applaud this guy for not following the trend. He took a car that isn't popular, upgraded, maintained and made it his own. Kudos
I totally agree with you on this one!! You know, there's still a better and reliable way of modding your vehicle even you're having in a small budget. People tend to hate those low budget builds because of the ricer guys who doesn't have any clear idea of what they're doing and you know, they're trying to brag those kind of things to the community and clout chasing which is really sucks, no wonder why people hate them especially the civics because of em. It's a shame that as time goes by, the essence of being a car enthusiast are slowly dying just because of these dudes out there (yeah, they have their own thing and I'm in no position to oppose that or whatsoever) but you know, we should keep the genuine passion of being a car enthusiast like you, me and other people as well. It's not always about how much power you can put on to your vehicle, how fast you can run it, or how much did you spend on it but rather how you enjoy it genuinely without having these peer pressure from others. This kind of passion should be a platform to connect people, to share as a one true community and to pass this kind of thing to the next generations. That's all I would like to say!! I work at a Nissan dealer, and I took one of these for a test drive and I could not believe how awesome it was. It broke loose 2nd gear when you mat it, totally changed my mind about Jukes.

Saw the Gundam license plate and had to click. Was not disappointed.
I just love it how the owner of the car has the Licence plate that says Gundam which is my one of my favorite Mecha Anime and one of the decal says Red Suns which reference to the Akagi Red Suns that Ryosuke Takahashi who owns the Mazda Rx7 Fc3s turbo in the Anime Initial D which is one of my favorite Racing Anime

One of the Best Sleepers out there. The 6 speed is only 2950 pounds. You can get a Mamba or JR turbo on it. The only direct bolt on turbo for the Juke. Then the Juke is good to 285whp and 260wtq +++. Not many have broken 300whp without Meth and Nitrous. Stop by the Juke Forums for all the info you need on the Juke. Thanks Kyle !!!

So i actually had the nismo version of this as a loaner car for a. Couple of days. Couple things that bothered me was i hate short clutches and this had a massively short clutch and at 80mph, this thing was at 3500 rpm.

I recently traded in the ultra reliable and super not exciting Kicks for a 2015 Juke Nismo (not the RS as none were available within 1000 miles). Even with the slightly less ridiculous package, this car is stupidly fun to drive. Just having that little extra boost when passing trucks on the freeway is enough to sell me on it. It's also been good for going on dirt roads and "softroading" (since it's not AWD I'm not pushing my luck on extreme back roads). I also love the fact the design of the Juke is silly AF.
Hey man, I'm looking into getting a NISMO RS, or NISMO. I wanna know... can you hear the turbo and blow off valve on a stock juke? Like, I don't need to install a cold air intake and a aftermarket blow off?
I test drove the auto 4wd at a dealership and been in love with the Juke ever since. But I'd still take a clean 240x

I pulled off a 14.5 quarter 6 sec 0-60.. I locked it in front wheel and just nailed it from a dead stop, I have a CVT AWD and Never drive it in AWD Vectoring unless its bad weather.. Anyway, I do have full bolt On's and an ECUTEK stage 2.5ish Tune.. My car was pushed on an AWD Mustang DYNO and tuned that way.. But anyway even tho I had the CVT it still rips, I'm putting down like to 246 to the front wheels and the car is slightly lighter than it was.. But it's still probably like 3000 LBs 3200 with me in it.. She's a sleeper tho and I have beat cars I shouldn't have light to light.. The cars have ridiculous Torque from 10 to 80, You can spin the wheels doing 30/40 miles an hr in it.. Most people Muscle cars guys call it the Joke until they can't pull away from one like that..
Just traded my 13' juke SV in for a 14' Focus ST.
I wanted to mod the juke, but everyone I talked to said it couldn't be done, or it wouldn't be worth it. Super fun car

I LOVE my juke. I got a 6speed SV with an aftermarket blowoff valve and it’s straight piped and it sounds beautiful. No cosmetic upgrades but the car is quick and it’s reallllly torquey

2015 nissan juke sv awd cvt 50,000 miles. Awd vectoring not a modder. BUT, added stillen 2.5 inch catback, Injen 2.5 inch short ram, stillen rear antisway bar, tanabe front strut tower brace, and power stop drilled and slotted rotors/ w ceramic brakes. Pushing 200 hp. in a car that weighs under 3500 pounds .Every day driver. Almost Nismo, but absolutely a fucking little Monster!
You say the Juke engine is pulling around a big body but it's pretty darn short and also only weighs around 2900 lbs. A 370z is longer and weighs 3200lbs. I probably would have bought a Juke manual but their interior dimensions are so small so I ended up getting an HR-V manual.
Brandon Hughes that's what I was thinking. Jukes really not that big lol its stock suspension sits higher than a regular car I guess giving the appearance of being "bigger". But if I lowered mine I could see it looking just slightly bigger than a focus rs or a civic

I’ve owned my RS for almost 5 months now and it’s honestly the most fun car I’ve driven. Lots of aftermarket options you can do to this car, it’s a comfortable daily driver with a sporty feel. You honestly need to drive one before you give an opinion
