Yeah females are finicky. I was stung last night when a female that I let hang out with me and treated to a birthday dinner celebrating my birthday and an adult arcade wouldn’t stay the night in a hotel with me. Even though I know female nature from my past experience and listening to red pill content on RUclips, it still stung that she wouldn’t sleep with me on my birthday night.
It’s the worst feeling when your former lady steps out on you. Stay strong man, this is their loss.

Gf of 4 years cheated on me too recently. Even tho I wasn't perfect I was always trying to do my best for her, working extra hard for money, working to buy a house.

You’re damn right Shaun, enough with this naive la la land BS. I was in a two year relationship and my ex stepped out on me, it was very unexpected. But looking back I should’ve seen what was going on and prepared myself accordingly. As men we have a natural tendency to place women above ourselves but enough is enough. Men first. Ourselves first. We need to have strength and honor. We need to wake up to reality and stop walking through life with this weak dependent mindset.

My situation is tough because I'm walking away, but I don't have 100 proof that she is cheating.
However, her sleeping at her son's father's place, her dressing up for unusual work meetings that includes alcohol and goes to midnight, to storing her phone that's always turned off and tucked away whenever I'm around, was enough for me to man up and walk away. It's tough to do, but my "intuition" trumps my "what if?"
There are basically two ways to look at it like you said, one is to ask what you could have done differently and start down that rabbit hole that does nothing but consume valuable time and the other is that you just freed up a bunch of time to work on physical and mental health. It's my fault at the start but then she took me back and then cheated on me 4 days after she took me back
She's apologizing and crying saying she was hurt from my actions and what she did is purely emotional and anger channeled.

She’s not required to sleep with you on your birthday. You sound desperate… this situation depends if you guys slept together before or it’s your first date. Let’s say it’s a first day. Women will usually sleep with you on a second or third date to not appear like a slut, if you played your cards right. So you sitting there crying and probably messing up your chance. Or you messed up on the date and turned her off. You sound immature so that probably rubs off into other aspects of your life.
