Getting cheated on is absolutely positively one of the worse things that can happen to you. I know because it has happened to me too. If someone has cheated on you please watch this video. You are in the right place.
Whether you have been cheated on by your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your husband or your wife, you can recover from infidelity in your relationship.
✅ It's ok to feel vulnerable and those few days or few weeks of agony as long as you are in damage control mode.
✅ Don't indulge in your self-pity or don't make a fool of yourself.
✅ If they cheat and you chase it means you don't value yourself and they will lose attraction.

I knew she was cheating me. Everything was already played and re-played in my mind.
I knew the guy. I knew the lies. He is just a good friend and nothing else.
She wanted to break up and stay friends and gave the reason the she want to work on herself.
One day I just went and I told her that of all the things you asked me in the last four years I have never said no to anything so how can I say no to this.
And I wished her good luck. She not knowing that I already knew all the truth.
10 days after that day I see a new post with this same guy.
And I just smiled.

@@MrBellyman128 it still hurts. One part of the mind doesn’t want her anymore. The other part want them to come back to atleast give an explanation why they had to stoop so down.
But then I know that needs a lot of courage to look into the eye give the reason for playing that game. Which is not possible. Trust is a very expensive thing. Not everyone can afford it.

Found out a month ago she had been cheating for several months. All the memories, all the fun we had, all the laughs. They're all sullied and tarnished now. Like the joy I felt in those times were just an elaborate practical joke. I'm broken and lost and I wish there was an instruction manual I can follow so I don't have to think and decide for myself

Getting cheated on by a narcissist is the worst thing. I saw all the evidence, including pictures messages & him bragging to his friends about doing it but he still denies he ever did anything, and that I’m crazy for not letting him explain “what actually happened”. This healing isn't going to happen over night, in a week, or even a month. As details are revealed, the healing clock starts all over again. Healing will come but it's not going to be easy or fast.

I think the worst thing about this is the betrayal, the questioning yourself and THE FLASH BACKS. All I can see is them together every other day and then with me every other day. How incredibly trifling. I could commit homoc... with the anger and upset I feel. Smh.

20 years together. We had issues but fixable according to therapist. I came forward with abuse in my childhood. She told me I waited to long to come forward and I was devastated. Went through counseling alone. During this intense process she had a year long affair with a married man. We are divorcing. Cannot go back from that. What happened to her vows? It’s the remorseful part that really gets me. I can’t tell if she wants make it right or is manipulating me consciously or subconsciously... there is a mental illness factor as well which makes it harder for me grasp. The current situation I have makes it impossible to even consider going back. Need time.

We had been together for 3 years and had a healty relationship when i look back. Its been 4 months now and i still have thoses random feelings of pure anger when i wake up. If you ask me, dont allow yourself to be disrespected or cheated on, you deserve better and it will only bring pain. The valuable lesson i learned is that you NEVER truly know someone, dont be like me and make the right choice. (I obviously dont know your relation with her so you could be also very happy of you decide to stay together)
@@bloubthebloub2314 same bro I have so much anger. I took it out on friends letting me know what I was going through and I took it as they are trying to break marriage. People around her started making comments didn't listen. Some of her family was making comments letting me know also. I was mad at them knowing she manipulated me into thinking I was hearing cause of my anxiety but it was doubts sure enough people started throwing hints. Forgave her a bunch of times even with proof I didn't need people giving hints. I just came to accepted and the doubts and anxiety went away. Since I said I have proof and I will talk with these people that said these comments and you can deny it all you want. She just left me after I stopped giving her money.

My husband of 6 years was liking and following some Instagram models that are just posting for their bodies type accounts… I confronted him and he unfollowed all of them but didn’t have an answer as to why he did it in the first place and has not even been groveling or acting remorseful. I know your pain all too well. My now ex cheated on me and did the same. At the beginning of the relationship (and during I’d reinforce my boundaries) I made it EXTREMELY clear that I view following half naked girls/liking those kinda photos/looking at other girls bodies irl and online and watching porn as cheating in my eyes. He lied straight to my face throughout the whole relationship and said he respected my boundaries, I found out two days ago he never once respected them. I’m so heartbroken.
I genuinely trusted him, I felt safe after spending so much of my life not feeling safe. I was absolutely blindsided by his cheating. Its been a week, I can't sleep, everything hurts and it feels like nothing will ever be ok again.

Was in a 2 year relationship with this girl and even had a baby with this girl. She left me 2 months ago to just mess around and have fun. She went back to the guy she was with before me. I’ve been so torn and I don’t know what to do. She was so toxic for me but I was just blinded by what I felt for her and by the comfort. All in all I’ve lost myself in every aspect especially since she just moved on so quick and even went back to her past person. Marriage after infidelity is a tricky proposition. But if you love the person, forgive and forget, move on and live happily ever after. Just like in the movies. Marriage can be a blessing, but it can also break your heart, especially, if you think you've reached the end of the road. There's no easy path to divorce.
So is it worth forgiving someone who cheated on you? Of course. Do it, living with hate is not a good way to live.
Is it worth forgetting about it? No. Your experiences in life make you stronger (and hopefully smarter). It's time to examine your feelings about yourself and your marriage. It is understandable that you are hurt by what your husband did. However, he has apologized for it and stopped his relationship with her for you. Now, it is up to you to forgive. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. It gives strength to move on.
At this point you might have tried marriage counseling and probably hire a good lawyer, to best find the truth for proof in court I suggest you google search" hubtechhack ethical” to help you get proof from your partners device remotely for evidence. Sometimes it's worth saving a relationship and sometimes it isn't. Only you know the answer to the question of whether you should get a divorce or you're better off staying married.

I had to stop this at 2:30 because I really don't want to forgive her. I shouldn't have to in order to move on. 24 years together. We have 6 kids together, and she decided one day I wasn't any fun, and started sleeping with some boy she just met at a bar on a "girls night out" with her friends. The boy is half her age. Seriously he's only 3 years older then our oldest kid. I still get physically sick over this, and It's been a year now. There is no love lost on this one. I just never want to see her again.

It’s the fact that I dated him because I wanted to help him. He was in a bad place. He was suicidal and had addictions. I helped him, he found another girl and then left me for no reason. Nothing happened between us. I didn’t pick a fight with him, he didn’t pick a fight with me.

Its been about a week since it happened and every day I feel like I can't breathe. I've been constantly watching your videos and trying to remind myself that its not my fault and that I didn't do anything wrong but God this is so hard. Things took a turn for the better. We are doing good, I still have some slight trust issues but he’s always there reminding me that he’s mine and I’m his. I'm going through that right now. My gf has been engaging with someone behind my back and emotionally connecting with someone eventually giving that person my time. She says she never actually cheated but giving someone else your time and attention is cheating.
Feeling this way eats you up alive especially when you have to see the person every day almost feels like forgiveness will never happen

I thought I was doing ok. I was getting stronger, working on me. It had been more than a year since we broke up due to his cheating. All of sudden, I come across mention of the other girl. The bad memories came flooding back. It felt like the betrayal happened yesterday. I can’t wait for a time when I won’t be affected by this at all.
He cheated and apologized. I stayed because I loved him. But it did not end with cheating I also had to deal with emotional abuse. And I found text on his phone pretending to be single trying to talk another girl to be in relationship. He tried to tell me what he did was okay. I was so manipulated and damaged I thought what he did is okay as long as he apologized. I could not take it anymore and I left. It has been over 2 months. He did not call not once. I realized in the past even when he did something wrong I am the one who calls him. Anyway I have moments when I feel really low but I am better now than I was yesterday. For me everyday is getting better. And What I have now is so much better than staying with him and crying everyday.
Got cheated on and disrespected for doubting him. He kept denying till the end but his friends told me the truth. Also, I have been cheated on once before which took me 5 years to get over.

I have really been feeling like crap the entire month. Him and I are 27 years and I found out that he slept with a 48 year old. He confessed to it on the same day the lady picked up his phone and called me. I thought they were related. It didn't occur to me that she was more than blood related. After the conversation, she went ahead and took my social media name, sent me a friend request and asked to be my friend. I ended up blocking her immediately I learnt that, he tried to make things right with me but i keep having meltdowns when we talk because I insist to have several questions answered aggressively ending up to push him away.
I feel really bad about myself. I feel completely shattered.

My ex changed told me she needed to split for a while to work on herself and then changed her relationship status to “in a relationship” the next day at the same time as one of her suspicious male friends. We grew apart during covid. She would go out with friends and and they were getting it, her roommates had it and she works in a restaurant where coworkers were getting it. Just caught my girlfriend cheating last night. She’s been going off to her ex’s place at night when I go to work the past week. The worst part is I feel like it’s my fault. Last weekend they ran into each other (while I was with her) and they talked for 3.5 hours. Half of which I was there for. She kept asking if it was okay and if it bothered me and I said “no”. I did forgive but I did not forget. I will never be able to turn off my inner alarm. I always feel like I have to be ready if that happens again.

My Goodness that's a lie , when we grow older or having kids obviously there will be changes in our bodies,yes we can try to maintain by going to the gym etc but my boobs won't look the same as I breastfeed, there is a lot of changes happening in our bodies . Some they get incidents which makes you to be not feed again you need help everytime ,must I leave you because you are more like before? What kind of love is that.
