    Hey, Yoga Fam! Welcome the SPRING INTO MOVEMENT series! A series meant to ignite your energy for spring, increase your flexibility, state of well being and inner balance. I will be releasing an extra video weekly, to help us usher in this season of renewal. I hope this series ignites your energy for the new season and gets you excited to move a little bit more.😃
    Today's practice is slow flow meant to energize and renew the mind/body. The practice today has elements of both strength and stretch. The strength component is meant to make you feel strong and empowered while the stretch portion is meant to calm and relax you! This is the perfect duo to amp up your energy and movement for spring!
    This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

    This was a terrific boost of energy for a Sunday afternoon. I was falling into that midday slump and this practice gave me the energy to get past it. I feel strong, empowered and ready to tackle the rest of my “to-do before the weekend ends” list. I noticed my left side is much stronger and more balanced than my right side today. It’s like having two bodies 😃. Thank you for being the best part of my Sunday! I am excited for day 9! See you then! ❤️🌸🧘🏻‍♀️🌼💕

    For me it was challanging, but there was also a good amount of rest. I can do it regularly and watch my progress. Very nice! I like this combination of slow and fast movement ❤
