Thank you for your help! I found using a right-angle adapter for my drill and a set of screw extractors worked much better than chiseling for getting out those horrible security bolts.

Please try to get a longer thin and strong wire that can fit and push it down firmly, since it will be strong it won't bend and when it has reached a stop try pulling the barrel while pushing down the wire. It will come off.
Hey, when the key is stuck try to turn it by being gentle and soft for at least 4-5 times, then on the 6th try turn the key hard it will eventually turn.

Those bolts are the worst thing ever, a dremel also works well to cut a groove on the bolt so you can get a screw driver on those bolts
Use an oscillating tool with blade to cut metal make sure blade is small enough to fit it the hole then use a flat head screw driver
Yeah a grinder would work well, a dremel too is also a good compact tool to get in there.

@@paveltarasenko5486 from the ignition, there's a switch that turns on the car when you press on the button. It must be burnt, replace it.

I’m stuck on getting the barrel out with the paper clip. It just won’t go down all the way and yes the key is turned.

Yes, if you watch the full video I tested it at the end. Even right now my car key turns with the slightest of effort.
