Hello James! Thank you for watching the tour. In reviewing the drone footage there is a house behind this one. You can't really see it because of the trees that weren't cleared by the builder. If anything a tree line can be left in place to provide privacy if some of the remaining trees are cleared out to a certain point. This one does have great finishes. A very nice house, but having three septic tanks in front of the house where it could be seen from bed room's window is not very atractive
