Are prices negotiable? What’s interest rates running? Is this builder in other areas like Sarasota? Lithia?good job on all the info abt the town very helpful….
Thanks for watching. The prices on these are not negotiable with this builder. They do however offer incentives on homes that they have had in inventory for awhile so you can find good deals by shopping those. I have seen interest rates on some as low as 3.875 % offered by some builders in the area. I am not sure about Sarasota and Lithia however I'm sure they have new construction out there just not sure about all the details in that area. I can refer you to a good agent in that area that would be happy to help you.
I think my only complaint would be is the carpeting. Tile for sure, or hardwood would have been way better in these beautiful homes 😔. Is that more expensive than carpeting I'm assuming? And what is it about Florida and spa tubs in the master bathrooms? I hardly see any builders use them but we know a lot of people would love them. Thank you for the tours!
I just hope these areas are SAFE for People Of Color as well, I have no problem with anyone and would hope no one would have a problem with the color of my skin. I am a proud American-born, Afro-Arab-Latino!
This is the response chat gpt came up with Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I understand that feeling safe and welcome is so important when considering a new community. From what I’ve seen, the areas I tour prioritize diversity, and many residents appreciate the welcoming atmosphere here. However, every person’s experience can vary, so I encourage you to visit, ask around, and see if it feels like a good fit. Your perspective as a proud Afro-Arab-Latino American is invaluable, and I sincerely hope any place you’re considering offers the comfort, safety, and sense of belonging you deserve
Great question! Carpet is often chosen for its affordability in these cases. However if carpet isn't your style, many builders offer flooring options like hardwood, tile, or luxury vinyl as alternatives. It really comes down to personal preference and what fits your vision for the space. So, whether you prefer carpet or not, there are plenty of options that would be more suited for what you are specifically looking for.
These were $170 K homes five years ago. The area is not the best. Citrus County is being over built. Everything is traffic and over crowded. Citrus was a good place to live . But now it's a over built with bad roads and high taxes.
Pine ridge has an annual HOA of $96-$118 no CDD. Citrus Springs has no HOA or CDD. I see the wire shelfs in a lot of builds. With some builders depending on which stage you contract at you can get them to install something different more suitable to your needs. Thanks for watching.
Prices are about right for what you're getting and the location.

Thanks for watching. There are homes with tile but it is going to cost more. I have been seeing a lot luxury vinyl Plank flooring around as well.

Why carpeting?

Whats with these builders using tacky wire shelving? Are these HOA/CDD neighborhoods?

Great tour! Just sub’d! 👍🏽
Thanks for watching
Carpeting👎 , no ceiling fans, rooms too small, kitchen & pantry size disappointing. Citrus Springs & Pine Ridge area mostly septic.
