    The one thing that would have made this video even better is a quick tour of the local spots. But this is a beautiful home. Thanks for the tour of it.

    Nice house.
    The garage floor needs to be finished. The gray doesn't bother me or the price. The air handler should be enclosed in a closet. I like the bathrooms and 8 foot doors. The neighbors fences are a downer. 😂 nice tour.

      @@jamesmaccari9128 hello again. I appreciate the feedback on multiple videos!! I liked this one a lot. I felt the layout was great. The coffered ceilings looked great. The addition of the two large fans was a good touch. I think the builder did a good job with the overall design and attention to detail. You mentioned the one thing I would change which was the air handler. I would prefer a closet for it myself to keep the noise muffled a bit. Other than that this was a good one. Thanks again for your continued support. Please let me know if there are some areas of interest you may have. I’d be happy to film tours in those areas. Take care and stay safe.

    Beautiful home but that laundry room will be a nightmare, too small and cramp, septic a no, no and instead of more cabinets on the kitchen counter they should allow space to place bar stools. Also, agree with others too much grey.

      @@iamjosegreyes the whole house should be higher. I noticed that after hurricanes the roads get flooded so if the houses are higher elevation it shouldn't flood.

      @@bubbajones4522 hello and thank you for watching the tour. I assure you I wasn’t being rude to Tony. Nor was I attempting to hide a price. I mention the price several times throughout the video especially at the start of the tours as I mention the price right before entering the home. I was simply replying that is mentioned there, as I get comments at times saying I never mention the price. I understand that at times we may read a comment and misinterpret the tone or intention it was written with. I hope you can continue to enjoy content on the channel.

      @@iamjosegreyes I think that the price is okay, but it would be more reasonable at between 485 and 515 just because Apopka is the boondocks for many of us. Absolutely beautiful home, though.

      @@BelladoniusMonk that’s fair to say. To be honest this one is just minutes off the 436. There are a lot of shopping centers close by. This isn’t too far into Apopka. I thought it was a great location. Price wise, the seller may ask for a specific price, but it’s all up to the appraisal. This one is definitely much nicer in person. I can see it come down a bit in price with the right offer. Time will tell if it stays on the market longer than they would like.
