A gourmet kitchen.... and that's the cooktop you get? Other than that I think everything else is outstanding. IMHO that kitchen option needs to have a different name or put in a gas cooktop.
I perfer GAS top double oven - longer island. The Kitchen and outdoor space is most important things for me as I like to entertain. Can someone add private pool and outdoor kitchen?

If you are renting you are paying $2500 to someone else’s mortgage. An extra $500 per month will get you your own home which will get you multiple benefits, building equity which in turn you can use towards another house down the line and build a portfolio and create wealth.

HOA is no way, property tax and insurance is already to high, I am not paying rent to the fing builder who most likely the lowest builder.
Renting a 4 bedroom home range from 2000 to 2500 monthly. I don't get why anyone would pay a 3000 dolar mortgage.
