Hello I saw a video of this same home in Spanish and the realtor mentioned the rooms were about 12x13 and master 14x13. Can you find out the exact dimensions ? As that realtor also mentioned there were 2 walk in closets & I’m so bummed out because there’s clearly only one. Your video was super informative and detailed!! Thank youu!

The measurements I took from their website. This one only has one walk in closet. If you were to raise the wire shelves and add shelves underneath you could maximize the space there.
