      I agree, it gets pretty dark there. Some intersections need a stop light instead of a stop sign.

      Yeah, you should have to have a helmet on too when you drive your car and 15 more seatbelts wrapped around your neck and everywhere else on your body

      Yes, there are. There are convenient stores within the complex. Just outside the complex, you will find other stores close by.

    Inwant to move there this year but need to figure out numbers to be able to sell current home in port saint Lucie! I have solar and dont know how that will help or hurt resale

      I been looking in fl and as a buyer I don't wanna take over the payments and everything's that's owed, definitely hard to sell

      @mikes6982 thinking of offering paid off with full price offer. Their light bill would be literally 40 bucks a month! But I still gotta figure out math on it.

      Yes, there are stores close by. Publix Supermarket is not too far from there either.

      Very dark at night throughout. Spooky type darkness

      Some Community has street lights. My Community like the darkness, it keeps people away.

    Is $50,000 a good asking price for a .29 acre lot in the sw 70's & 484 in Ocala ?

      Marion Oaks appeal was the price for housing and vacant lots.
