Very poor planning by Ocala city commissioners. The road AO turns right onto at the 1:50 mark is NE 35th St. It will service Millwood as well as two other new home communities that are either in the planning stage or about to begin construction. The city of Ocala has done nothing to solve future and current traffic problems coming to what is already one of the most dangerous roads in Ocala for pedestrians and people on bicycles....NE 35th St from NE 8th ave to NE 36th Ave. Beware of what you will be in for if you decide to buy in these communities.

Purrdixshun: Emerson Pointe on NE 28th St will go bankrupt before 20 homes are completed.

I live in Ocala and love it but your vid made it look like the city of traffic lights. I know much more pleasant and easier ways to get where you got. Early at the Motel you could have taken the by-pass to get to the fast food place you went to. Plus it's a pleasant drive. The most sad thing is the next left past the place you pulled into has a great Jersey Mike's subs. I still subbed you and will be back. There are beautiful rides to be had around the the big "O".

No curb appeal at all cookie cutter . Do they have an older established curb appeal area? Something with architectural pizazz?

Looks pretty. Love the mature trees. However, my sister lives there and their electricity and utility costs are the highest in the state. That's saying something living in Miami. I still think Ocala has the best bang for the buck. That's where I want to eventually live and I'm researching at the moment.

Belleview is an awful place to live.

I've been keeping an eye out for a new home in Ocala for a few months now, but I haven't quite found the right one for me. My mother lives in Ocala and I'll be visiting her in July, so I may have to take a look at some of what the magnolias has to offer, although I prefer to stay away from HOAs I may have to reconsider my position. Thanks again for your efforts and time.

Ocala fl is getting bigger come to winding okes farm where it been torn down to build a neighborhood

These homes are way too close together, and are probably in an HOA. If not in an HOA, then deed restricted. Don’t get fooled by these videos people. I’m living through this crap right now in Clearwater. Buy you a smaller home on larger land. You will have more peace and privacy to do what you want on your own land if you no HOA and no cdd. And make sure you pay attention to homeowners insurance. It’s always cheaper in newer homes. Then double, triple, quadruple now in a few years. Flood zone x means least likely to flood, although they pitch it as “no flood zone”……. Even citizens, the state insurance backed company, is making flood zone x get flood insurance.
