What to expect from Van Life in Baja Mexico? Our first time… Safety?

Finally I can share some of our time in Baja so far and of course the border crossing in our van. These are our first 10ish days on this beautiful peninsula. We chose to travel rather slow (compared to some other vanlifers) and were able to see some places a bit off the beaten path.
