    Love, love, love your workouts. I have to do a little modification on some of the exercises. Bad knees but this 60 year old is still right there with you. These short exercises really kick your butt. Keep up the great job

    I thought this would be an easy workout since it’s bodyweight only. It kicked my ass, I almost quit but I stuck through it ✨💪🏽

    I’m super super new to working out, I’ve been a couch potato for so long so this work out make me sweat💦 planks are my nemesis but I hope in the near future I’ll be able to hold them without struggles. Thanks for the workout Maddie😁💪🏽🔥 I can’t wait to do more and push myself towards my goals

      Yeah I feel you. The December challenge was the first workout I ever completed consistently. I’m using the January plan she did in 2021 but then a bit altered now for this month and still haven’t skipped a day!!

    I hope this isn’t weird but just wanted to let you know that I watch your workouts a lot when I’m stressed, even if I’m not following along, they just are for some reason relaxing to me. (I still do them tho and love them!)

    Maddie! This was awesome per usual ! This is the best workout page I’ve ever followed and I’ve been working out for years.     Wow! I usually hate at home work outs but recently I've been unable to go to the gym, this workout made me feel so strong and good in my lower body, it was hard but I loved it!
