Love, love, love your workouts. I have to do a little modification on some of the exercises. Bad knees but this 60 year old is still right there with you. These short exercises really kick your butt. Keep up the great job

Yeah I feel you. The December challenge was the first workout I ever completed consistently. I’m using the January plan she did in 2021 but then a bit altered now for this month and still haven’t skipped a day!!
