Your Jackery commercial was 'da bomb'!! 🤣🤣 Now Jackery has to hire YOU! lol Laura, your love for the land touched my heart. You're a true Portuguese homesteader. And the Portuguese anthem was a nice nod to the helpful farmer!

You can clearly see how happy you both are to be back. Once you have either worked for yourself or owned a bit of property to call your own there is no going back. I have spent a few hours over the years digging out stuck cars/vans and it's surprising how time consuming and tiring it actually is. Best wishes and look forward to further updates.😁

When breaking down pallets, start from the back; after removing the boards, stand the pallet on end and knock the blocks off with a hammer. When removing long nails with a claw hammer; put a small block of wood under the hammer, it gives a higher fulcrum, for pulling the nails out

Once you both get warm and dry you will feel better. Have you got a fireplace inside your barn where you can get cozy and warm. Once this rain has passed you both will be able to start getting things back too normal. If you both have to return to England, it would pay you to make a carport for the van and leave it on better ground. Anyway, it's great to see you both back on your homestead, and I look forward to see more of your videos and progression. Take care, and Happy Days.

Having two UK registered vehicles, would like to know your thoughts on that. I will be making a similar move in the next couple of years and have thought about bringing a four wheel drive and a caravan from Cornwall.
I agree living close to nature is very special and increasingly difficult to achieve here in the UK unless very wealthy.
