Remember to check the household inventory (not just the sim's inventory) for your pie. That's where almost all of my fair entries go after the competition.
I also think I remember hearing that the fairs were bugged and only announcing one entry (if you put in two).
The glitch with the fair results happened to me too. When I checked my inventory there was ribbons there to say what place I came so maybe in your inventory there may be a ribbon for the pie competition
Every time you tell Dev to do something it makes me double take. "Dev go to bed." I wish I could!
Man I love the Cottage Living gameplay.

Every time you say the name of a berry it reminds me of when a guy named Dewberry was on Hells Kitchen and Gordon Ramsey yelled his name angrily until he finally got voted off and we never to hear Gordon say Dewberry again.
I'm so behind on this series, I keep getting migraines and I don't like to watch when I can't comment.
I'm loving this series as you're reminding me of all the awesim things in game I forget about, I've never tried canning or really making a pie, but definitely going to once I play with my Sims on their ranch/farm! 😊🥰
Just buy a bunch of wellness treats (they are red) from the vet vending machine (its green/ teal color right by the door). Those treats stop all the vet visits for the dog.

I love your all videos, but I now get sooooo excited when a Ranch episode pops up…..and I don’t even own horse ranch. I did just get Cottage Living during the sale and am enjoying it.
But overall, Following a Sim life at a leisurely pace is closer to how I play. 😊 This feels cozy and I like it.
Cottage living still has so many known bugs without anything being done about it, typical EA. Your videos are so entertaining and your voice/the way you talk is everything!

Im also having issues with introducing to a sim. If my sim leaves the lot she has to get reintroduced to her infants by the Dad before she can interact with them.
I've given up playing the Sims due to the price and now just live vicariously through your videos lol

I’m not sure but when you make dough it goes in your sims inventory, you have to manually put it in the fridge.

I competed for both the plant and pie competition at the same time, both with me having the only excellent plant and pie, but I only won for the pie competition. I’m guessing you can’t win both competitions at the same time.

I'm pretty sure there is still a bug with the fairs and it's best to only enter one thing, so in this case, a pie OR a flower, not both.
