You are confusing this system with the Toyota one. The e-4orce does power all wheels via the battery (or battery plus generator power). There is no connection between the VC Turbo engine and the drive axles whatsoever, it's merely running a generator that delivers power. So as long as there is gas in the tank, both electric motors will have power. Kinda the point of the system really. Still, nice video!

Thank you for this interesting video. Would be great to see this car doing the off-road that you do with the duster and the jogger. I do have the duster from 2020, 4x4 with 150 hp. In comparison to that and to your Duster how would you rate the off-road capability of the Nissan? I want to change from my duster to this Nissan, so ut woul be nice to hear read your opinion. Sorry, maybe I´m wrong but this is ridiculous and looks like they are using a control software with poor programming (Atari standard?), even worse than our Dusters. B.t.w.: The car weights 1.900kg (!!) and holds a mini 1,8Kw/h battery - where is the weight comeing from? However interesting review 👍, not too many "real" offroad tests are available.😭 Today journalists present such cars on "offroad" parcours which could be passed with a Fiat 500, too.
