    ABOUT THIS VIDEO
In this video, Matt shows you how to do a simple exercise to correct hunchback and forward head posture. This exercise trains the neck muscles to pull the head back which helps correct forward head posture and reduce the severity of your hunchback.
If you do this exercise regularly, you’ll be training muscles along your spine to go into better alignment naturally and easily. This exercise won't fix your hunchback instantly, but it will help you gradually restore your posture if you do it consistently.

Nice addition, with the resistance band! I've been doing the isometric exercises for a few weeks now - front, back, left, right, diagonally on both sides, and also a "twist" move (hand to jaw, push against as if to turn your head) - to fix a sore spot in my neck and to help my posture. It's a great idea to escalate the resistance by using a band.
