When people ask me why I do this job?
It’s for the sense of achievement as it’s far more rewarding than any monetary value could ever be.
Was also great to connect with my audience in person for the first time.

It's gonna take the museum a while to dig it out though it's right in the back corner, easily 30 other vehicles to move to even be able to assess the vehicle. But yes that would be cool

My first visit to the tank museum was in 2019. I made a point of going to look at FV4005 when it was a gate guard, it was really sad to see it in such disrepair and rusting away, I was really hoping that it would at least be dragged inside the conservation centre to slow down the rate of corrosion, especially to the turret.
So to see it in person, see it running and go inside the turret on Friday was beyond awesome, 5 years ago, I never would’ve dreamt that I would see it move under its own power.
Thankyou for bringing an important part of history back to life for future generations to see.
Because I love interwar tank development, I’d really love to see something like TOG being restored to running order, but it would also be awesome to see something like an early model Churchill

Such a fantastic achievement to restore FV4005 to the highest standard that you have. I've watched every video from the start (like many, many other!), it was the highlight of my year to meet you all and have some photos with the team. Dont stop what you're doing!! It all brings back such fond memories of Sennelager and Paderborn in the late 70's and 80's (especially all the Chieftain stuff)

Congratulations, both on an incredible restoration and a really moving video about it. You are an absolutely natural TV presenter! Add to that the Tank Museum has put their faith in you to restore a piece of National Heritage, so you are now on a par with people called Geoffrey and Camilla who restore oil paintings and sculpture.
For the next one, it has to be a Conqueror. Lots of Centurions, Chieftains etc, but I think there are only one or two Conquerors left in the world, and none of them run.

i think little heir von Jackie should have donned a small goaty beard and worn a leather helmet to honor dearly departed Donald Sutherland as Oddball from Kelly's Heroes, with some positive vibes, shouting 'Forward' and a few other things Oddball gave us - bless him and Jack - actually Ted looks a bit closer to Oddball
you boyz did a cool job on SPUD and a great honor for Harold
i'm sure he will be looking down and smiling on you all
looking forward to the next project
i wonder how easy it might be to lay hands on a Leopard A6 or later, possibly the best built tank of all time
but there are other variations i like just as much
i guess you boyz might want to stick with post war British

Ted really deserves extra treats for being the best project manager ever. Great job to all the team I've been really enjoying your work. Thanks all the way from Oz !😁👍
