Woke up late for my morning workout but better late than never! Anna is by far one of my favorite virtual personal trainers...abs are on FIREEEEEEE! I'm sure my legs will be on fire tomorrow after leg day! No pain no gain

I'm almost couldn't breathe, but I did it!! 😆😁😁 I noticed that Anna lifts her shoulders off the floor on the floor exercises, so I started doing the same. It burns, but it works and I've gotten stronger. Hope to see some abs soon.

I found your channel like almost 3 month's ago and I really like it. you have a lot variations and I love that cause you never get me boring. I was doing from another channel but they are the same thing boring boring you not and you put good music like latin too 🔥🔥🔥 You are really good God bless you and thanks for all this videos.

Woah … For the past year I just been lifting and didn’t really focus on core and abs. 😅 definitely need to master this workout. Let’s see if I can consistent. 3-4x a week? Day 1 10/22 - Some exercises were hard. Take a couple extra breaks but got through it. Day 2 10/24 - Easier felt the burn. Not a lot of breaks. Fought through it.
