I have a natural colon cleanse for 5 days already. I have a juicing of fruits and veges with coconut milk. I drink it at night 2 hours after dinner. Then in the morning upon waking up I really have a rush of going to the rest room. Wow ! I feel lighter and my mood lightens up. 😍😇😘
I just made this drink. It tastes so good and refreshing! By the way, I use dates since I don't have coconut sugar or agave and dates are healthy. It still tastes good.

A word of caution here: Although Aloe has been widely used in herbal medicine and is described as a herb which has anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, anti-aging effects, several cases of aloe-induced hepatotoxicity (liver damage) have been reported. Some people get toxic hepatitis from regular use of aloe.
This is a great drink for people who are full of shit....maybe durianrider and Freelee the banana nut girl could try it.

What are the measurements?
So about 2 minutes into this, my girlfriend walks into the room, looks at the screen and says, "Who's this chick?" I explained that Rawvana is a vegan and eats mostly raw, etc. "You're only watching this cuz she's hot," she said. "No, I'm really interested in the raw food lifestyle," I responded. "You ate barbecued steak and a brat on the 4th," she said. I am now headed into the greatroom, where I'll apparently be sleeping tonight. On the sofa. Thanks Rawvana.
