In India we boil lemon and it's zest with fresh mint leaves and fresh lemongrass a tiny piece of ginger and a tiny piece of turmeric root and giloy stem. Boil and simmer for ,15 minutes. Cool. Strain. Add one tablespoon virgin coconut oil. Add a teaspoon of pure honey. Sip this herbal tea water concoction 4 times a day for staying fit and healthy.

Another way to detox your body is to ignore messages n calls from toxic people in your life. And don't invite them or trust them. Don't tell them your next move/ how much money you have. Eat tumeric each day to reduce inflammation. PEACE OUT.

When I was a kid, in Philippines, market vendors have fruits in a huge jar filled with ice & water & they sell it to drivers & poor folks who can't afford soda. It's wonderful to see this is re-discovered more than 50 years. We also made beans, corn & fruit icicles & ice candies...70 years ago.

Yes, says many good things and wants us well. But I get tired and annoyed at the high pitch and fast, chatty speed and don't get attracted to want to really listen. She would win by slowing down, speaking more from her belly than from her throat, lower her pitch and slow down the speed. Has many likes, so maybe it is mostly burnt-out sensitive me. This is sympathetic, I need parasýmpathetic..

Here's a great note for readers listeners to use a straw if you plan to drink lemon or vinegar water all day, because it is hard on your tooth enamel.
also, if you really don't like brussel sprouts cooked they have a completely different flavor raw and you can eat them in a salad shredded up or make a slaw with them and add some jicama.

@Andrea Puri I'm pretty sure that depends on the kind of tea you're having. Lipton or Tetley from the store, yeah that might not be very helpful (although I'm not sure it would necessarily hurt, either). But an herb tea, especially if it's the dried flowers themselves like butterfly pea flowers, you'd be getting some serious health benefits.

You want the organic lemons. Organic has 5 x the nutrients. Strawberries should be organic. They are one of the top pesticide crops.
I just put the whole lemon in the nutra bullet, after mincing and removing the seeds from it. The pith has fiber and is bitter. The peel has the essential oil of lemon in it. Bitter and sour thwart sugar cravings. Brussel sprouts are awesome. Baking gets rid of a lot of its nutrients though. The sour citrus processes as alkaline in the body even though it seems acid. Lemon keeps your skin from sagging. Sugar breaks down the collagen. The trampoline is awesome. I wish I had one.

Yes I agree! But straws are HORRIBLE for the environment so investing like $5 on a reusable metal or glass straw can not only help your teeth, the environment, but also avoid further contact with pesky plastics!

If y'all use straws get reusable metal straws! It's best for yourself and for the environment.

And, Tracy, you looked like it was really fun jumping on the trampoline! :)

  • @CarolFraserNutritionist

Jumping on a trampoline is fantastic! It's known as "rebounding," it can be a fantastic way to give your lymphatic system a bit of a boost. Here's why it's worth giving a go:
Your lymphatic system is like the body's waste disposal unit, getting rid of toxins and other unwanted stuff. Unlike your heart, which pumps blood around, your lymph system relies on movement to do its job. Bouncing on a trampoline creates a kind of 'G-force', which helps lymphatic fluid flow more effectively, flushing out toxins and improving your immune system.
It's kind on your joints! Unlike jogging or running, rebounding on a trampoline is low impact, making it a great choice for people of all fitness levels. It's especially helpful if you're looking to ease into exercise without putting too much strain on your knees and ankles.
It's not just your lymphatic system that benefits. Trampoline exercise can help with balance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. It's a full-body workout, but it feels more like fun than hard work!
Let's face it, bouncing around can be quite fun. It's a great way to relieve stress, release endorphins, and just generally feel happier.
You don't need a fancy gym membership. A mini-trampoline can be used at home, making it a convenient option for a quick workout or a bit of a bounce whenever you fancy it.
    Happy bouncing! 🌟🤸‍♀

I like the fruit water but Im hesitant about the charcoal it doesn't sound right

You know when people try to commit suicide with pills after they pump your stomach out they inject people with a huge syringe of charcoal because it does absorb poisons. Charcoal is good for that.

    • @OfftoShambala
      @OfftoShambala 5 лет назад +5

Charcoal is good but I would just take a couple tablets along with that water blend, not put it in the water.

Rená you are supposed to take it away from food and medications... like two hours after ... it won’t affect nutrition or medication... same with coffee

So the activated charcoal just canceled out everything else in the water. It flushed everything out toxin and non toxic, so vitamins, minerals, medicines etc.

Won't the charcoal just bind to the good things in the detox water and pull them out the body ? I'm assuming bc you shouldn't take charcoal with medicine or supplements that it would have the same binding effects on most other things digested.

She started talking about the lymphatic system and I remembered a story (internet story) about a man who was overweight and claimed he started using the trampoline as part of his workout. Well he started throwing up and getting sick and his doctor told him to stop working out. It sounds like bad advice or missing some details but if its related to lymphatic systems I could see that being a plausible truth to this tale.
