you explained in the simplest possible manner. clarified all the confusion thanks a lot sir for this video. I really appreciate the way you explained. in other videos, I was finding it difficult to understand (though I'm PhD student at IITG) but in this, you kept the language so simple and explained everything in detail. thanks once again❤
Hello, My answer to you is, Here the Quarternary pump contains a proportionate valve, which is selecting solvent with respect to 1min and it will not fully mix, Hence either static or dynamic mixer is essential for Quarternary Pump. hope this helps
Please can you tell me where you installed this system ? Because I have installed the same system without mass spectrometer in our lab . So, we plan to add MS in the near future.
LC-MS is kind of general term, and it was defined in early phase of Mass spectrometry. HRMS is well defined and kind of modern terminology for highly advance LC-MS internments, which defined about Accurate Mass. This is basic difference.

It's not out of focus. The video is only 480p. It's impossible to read anything on a computer screen at that resolution. But it isn't a real problem. He points at the screen, and reads out the important parts you can't see. You read it in your own machine.
sir, can i get your contact? we have Dionex UHPLC same model which we got from a grant. its installed in 2011, but havent used it since then, we tried to contact the dionex but the company was bought by Thermo. Thermo doesnt reply to mails. we want to our instrument to get to a running condition and have an yearly maintenance agreement with a party. can you help us?
