    For people who are trying to quit vaping or quit smoking cravings are often one of the most challenging nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Cravings are a mindset, and I promise you, that you can overcome nicotine withdrawal cravings.
    A nicotine craving is an overwhelming emotional experience that motivates a behavior. The craving is often driven by a memory of positive reward. When a nicotine craving hits our attention becomes hyper-focused on acquiring nicotine. So much to an extent that we will neglect other things in our life that are important to us.
    I challenge you to refocus your "craving or energy" into something positive, something that will make you feel good about yourself. Remember the more attention you give a craving the more it will grow. It is up to you what you want to grow.
    You can beat nicotine vaping addiction. You can beat nicotine withdrawals. You can quit vaping, you can quit smoking, you can quit nicotine.

    I quit vaping before, my second day I was completely off of it. The feeling I had was like I was dreaming and everything was in slow motion and couldn’t think properly. Which that effect lasted only 1 day so I slept the whole day. The 3rd day I felt normal I can think properly but I had stupid cravings. And I fought it for 2 weeks. “I had so much energy and I also ran 3 miles no stopping and I wasn’t breathing hard” but then I hanged out with my friend and he was vaping and I took a hit of it and I got hooked up back to it. And now quitting again is harder then the first time…..
    A tip if you’re quitting for the 1st time please don’t fold easily because the second time you try to quit will be 10x harder

      Also a great tip that helped me quit is drink a lot of water, water will wash the nicotine of you’re body I was carrying a gallon of water everywhere I go and just drink and drink and drink. 1 gallon throughout the whole day will help you.

    Diagnosed adhd and been on prescriptions for about 30 days. Noticed vaping was interfering with the effectiveness of the prescriptions, so I decided to quit. I’ve been smoking/vaping since 16 and I feel like it’s made adhd worse because I can’t get dopamine from anything else other than nicotine. I never thought something as “harmless” as nicotine could be this bad, after all it’s not some crazy drug like heroin or cocaine. What’s crazy is it wasn’t till I got on adhd prescriptions that I finally realized this problem and decided to take action.
    Tried to quit in the past many times and failed and I feel like I failed because I never had a real reason to quit other than just “health” and never had a tangible benefit I could associate with quitting. I’ve only stopped vaping for 5 days and I’ve never felt better because this time I have a real reason to stop vaping and smoking and take control of my life.

I quit a little over a month ago thanks to my fiancé and I’m happy I quit but it’s discouraging that it isn’t getting as easy as I anticipated. It’s a battle every single day.

    You crave it because it elevates the dopamine in your brain and gives you a false sense of happiness. I am currently struggling with a nicotine addition. I have an anxiety disorder and the buzz I get from smoking gives me temporary relief. I want to quit and I have a quit date set but I am waiting for a tool to come in the mail to help me with my cravings. It is a pressurized air inhaler for oral fixation. When it comes in if I have any cigarettes left I am throwing them away and switching to nicotine gum and using that along with the air inhaler(which is smoak free, vape free, and nicotine free.) I am hoping this works because I do want to quit so I can stay as healthy as possible.

    I worked something out about the risk going down when they quit smoking. Even though the risk goes down when they quit smoking. If a parson he's smoked for longer. Their still at higher risk. With in the time the risk starts going down. If they have smoked for longer

    • @Oscar-dv5sg
      @Oscar-dv5sg 3 года назад

      Mhmm this is why older people who quit often still develop health problems after the fact but research has show that if you quit while under 25 regardless off how much you smoked your lungs will eventually re-heal and be identical to non-smokers! But even over 25 your lungs will still be able to heal themselves over time and massively reduce the risk of these health problems occurring later in life.

    I quit smoking weed for over a month or so, didn't like it anymore. I was so bothered by smoking nicotine. I couldn't smoke a lot for 3 days because of work, and other stuf, then I came accros your videos, and I just quit like that...haven't smoked for a week now! , I am running like crazy, going to the gym, and see my body transform into that of a beeast 😁 the rest of the time I'm building my new business, and working different jobs. I mean, nicotine was pressing down my ADHD a bit. So now I need to get rid of this energy in a way I do not burn out. Apparently that's only possible by moving my body excessively 🤣
